- A man has been charged in Las Vegas with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, who was shot dead in 1996.
A Nevada grand jury has indicted 60-year-old Duane "Keffe D" Davis on a charge of murder with use of a deadly weapon, according to prosecutors.
It represents a long-awaited break in a case that has frustrated investigators and fascinated the public ever since the hip-hop star was killed on the Las Vegas Strip 27 years ago.

Hmmmm, not strictly true that the identity of Tupac's killer has been a mystery. The LVPD/LAPD and the Feds have been aware of what transpired and who was in the car. The issue is that the suspect has most likely broken stipulations in the immunity deal that he signed initially to get off other charges. Time will tell.
