Whats wrong with you two? Coconut milk is produced when you grate/finely shred the coconut meat and squeeze. Coconut juice is the water from the inside. You scoop jelly meat to make pulps. The jelly is the white part but not hard yet.

Yeah always beware of tourism from locals or government agency they can be offering too much or very pricey so never take it right away negotiate and negotiate everytime you’re dealing with money. If you like wavy beaches you might want to check out Dahican, Mati, and Governor Genoroso, Davao Oriental. You can also go to Parola, Cape San Agustin. Excellent video by the way!

I think maybe they are accustomed to drinking buko water sold in Manila that is usually sweetened with sugar. I'm from Mindanao and I'm used to drinking the fresh ones, even when they are sold in stores, they are not mixed with sugar. I also had a mild surprise when I bought buko water when I transferred to Luzon, it was so sweet LOL I never bought buko juice after that for the past 5 years I'm here.

You can drink the coconut water but it's bad if the coconut was exposed to the sun for a long time, it will give you a stomach ache, good thing you did not drink it. 👍I will always love the "hundred islands" and "pundaquit" used to be very quiet and it's only in Luzon you don't have to travel by plane.
You guys should bought a whole body wetsuit of Fullsuit it covers everything except hands, feet and you head much better than sunscreen and it dries quick. A Fishing hat to protect your face and neck.
