    im having a hard time getting my hands around this printer. its seem so complex but i love the way it looks. i have a hard time getting it to print double sided

    Would be of help to also have a video that takes us to adding these printers to an iphone/ipad device so that once in range to a WiFi network router, print jobs can be done. Seems like the iphones are difficult to install/connect to these type of Canon printers.

    I have a paperjam in my MF733Cdw image printer and am unable to get it out. I can see it in the rear of the machine, but can't grasp it to remove. any suggestions?

    Hi, I am having an issue with printing. It was working fine but lately, when I print, there is either yellow or blue line throughout the document. Do you know how to fix this? Thank you.

    I can't click on the wireless LAN on the printer. It's faded and won't allow me to click it. How do I fix this?

    ALL I want to do in the whole wide world is print a legal size paper on this mf628cw, HOW?????

      Hi, Linda! Your imageCLASS MF628Cw can easily print on legal-sized paper. The simplest way is to use the multipurpose tray to feed individual sheets into the printer. If you need to print more than a few sheets, you can use the paper tray instead. Remove the empty paper tray from the printer and release the locking mechanism to fully extend the tray. You can then load the tray back into the printer keeping in mind that it will stick out from the from of the printer even though it's fully inserted. Add your paper and use the included legal dust cover to keep debris out of the tray.
      For either paper source, you'll need to specify the paper size on the printer and on your computer's print menu so that each device knows what to do.

    Be prepared to do this repeatedly since the Canon (and probably every other manufacturer) loses connection frequently about every 8th time you want to print you can't because it's disconnected again. When will these people make stuff that works?

      @@CanonUSASupport Which is slang for "I can't use my printer that went out yesterday (Friday at 6 PM) until Monday, and only after I can get hold of someone after 1 hour of being on hold. Thank you but I prefer something that would work ALL the time, not just occasionally.

    It is very hard to find a driver. My printer does not have a window or a CD driver. This Video is completely useless to me

      This video was made specifically for the models of printers shown (MF624Cw, MF628Cw, MF726Cdw, MF729Cdw). If your printer is not one of these models, we wouldn't expect this video to help you either.

    Nice, but the silly beginning confused me. Just use your own network which the printer finds right away, and your wi-fi pass. The SSN PKD talk is nonsense.
    Great printer.
