    Hey guys! I hope this video cleared up a few of the questions that I get asked often 😊 It isn't an easy process and it takes time with setbacks along the way, but I feel completely different now and don't get those thoughts at all. I feel like I'm always in control in my relationship with food and I hope it shows throughout my videos (:
    Even on cheat days now, I only feel enjoyment during and am left with really happy memories, and I am always able to stop at any point because food isn't filling any kind of hole for me any more. I really hope you liked it and please share with anyone you think this could help as I know how real the pain of going through this is!
    As always, lots of love xx

      Natacha Océane Thank you so much for sharing your story! I struggeled with bulimia and now that this is over I started exercising and incorporated some weights but I still struggle with binge eating (just without purging) it's really hard but your video really helped me! Also I wanna speed up my metabolism but I'm so afraid to eat more than 1500 kcal a day!!! :( I feel like today you can read everywhere that you have to cut out carbs and eat a 1000 kcal diet.. I'm a moderate active person (as a student I'm sitting a lot on my laptop) but I'm now training 4-5 times a week and I also work in a magasin where I'm walking all the time.. I'm 170cm big and 68kg. I would love to loose fat but also speed up my metabolism but as I said I'm soooo afraid to eat more than 1500 kcal becaus I don't wanna put on fat :( do you have any advice? Will I put on weight if I eat more? I'm sometimes hungry when I go to bed but I feel like that's good because I wanna slim down.. Thank you

      What you're doing is great! Strength training will definitely help speed up your metabolism, but under eating won't! If you eat properly and exercise right your metabolism will be just great and you won't have to worry about calories.. Hope that helped a little :)

    • @TheaTheGenius
      @TheaTheGenius 3 года назад +39

      Same. But for me, it was never restriction, it was calorie tracking. The moment I started working out and tracking calories, and trying to get toned, the bingeing started. Before, I just naturally gravitated away from junk food, and never really indulged in it, except on special occassions, yet now that I'm so hyper aware of it, aware of the calories in everything, its all I can focus on. And the worst part is, if I allow myself to eat 'bad' foods, its almost guaranteed I'll binge on them. Like once I taste one cookie, boom, its over, I'm going to eat an entire box. And then go on to eat some cake and fruit to finish. Its like the word moderation doesn't exist for me, and it's always all or nothing.

    I emerged from the trance of 6 years of binge eating... here are my few quick insights for anyone who is interested ... stopping the binge eating cycle is incredibly SIMPLE!!! SO, for me it actually started 6 years ago when i went on a DIET(wich i call death) ... before that i was a normal eater i never remember that i binged or anything sometimes i overate but it was rare and i was skinny, sporty... When i went on a DIET i started to stop eating junk food, and highly processed food including white sugar, beacuse i thought that junk food is toxic... SO i tried to avoid those foods and i really did not eat them for a few monthes... of course in my family there was always junk food around the house and of course many times i RESISTED myself eating those foods. Whenever my mother baked something delicious i just became angry that she wanted me to eat those things which i believed to be "toxic"... I just saw others eating the delicious cakes and stuff and i became very upset that they eat those things.... I remember my first binge... it happened in a very stressed part of my life one day i got home and i was so anxious and my life was just shit and i really felt depressed and i was not well emotionally i felt something was missing.... I was on a "healthy DIET" but i still felt like crap ... so i was thinking i will eat something delicious almond vanilla cocoa donuts with some warm milk.. so i went down to the kitchen and i grab a few donuts and milk and then i went upstars and i ate them... they were so good and i enjoyed the PLEASURES of the food so much but i also felt guilty that i BROKE my DIET... it was not enough beacuse i thought that after all i will never eat such an "unhealthy" things like those again so why not binge on these delicious donuts ONE LAST TIME... so i ate 10 donuts with milk until i got so NUMBED and calm that i felt euphoric and i just felt numbness but also a subtle guilt over my behaviour... so i just fell asleep and the next day i felt like terrible hangover.. headaches and other things... GUILT and SHAME the lots of sugar in the donuts has the same affect than alchohol on the body and brain they numb you for a little time then later they give you headache and sickness... i felt terrible, GUILTY AND SHAMEFUL because of what i did... and i promised that i WILL NEVER EVER BINGE AGAIN and from now i will eat superhealthy... of course i failed again and again.... as life flowed i had many times stressful situations and many times i felt emotionally shit so i always gave in the temptation and i binged and then i went back to dieting.... it was the same repetitive situation for 6 years... DIETING ... RESTRICTION ... BINGE .... GUILT .... DIETING.... So i want to be short... WHAT CAUSES BINGE EATING????? i belive that binge eating is a learned automatic behaviour... When we go on a diet we start to FOCUS ON FOOD, AND EATING WAY TOO MUCH... GOOD FOOD... BAD FOOD... SHOULD... SHOULD NOT... CAN.... CAN'T... RESTRICTION... RULES.... STRESS... ANXIETY... WORRY... At some point this much FOCUSING create STRESS in our body that just feels fucking uncomfortable... So you think you gotta do something about it... you gotta fix your situation ... so what do you do with your stress and anxiety? you start to NUMB yourself... usually with HUGE AMOUNTS OF SUGARY (junk foods)... These foods act the same way as huge amount of alcohol or drugs ... THEY NUMB YOU and give you relief for a little time ... I dont say alcohol or sugar is bad or wrong i just say that if you drink a huge amount of alcohol, or you eat huge amount of sugar... you do that because you want to NUMB yourself you dont want to feel your current life, guilt , shame and pain of your life.... the same way binge eating on huge amount of sugar also numbs you so for a little time you experience short peace and calmness... the problem is that they dont give you permanent solution... only a quickfix wich last for a few hours at best and then everything becomes worse... I remember for weeks or monthes when i did not binge because i felt emotionally good... but whenever i was stressed or depressed i just wanted some relief, i went back to binge eating or any other numbing activity wich gave me some quick relief... and just like driving a car once you learn how to binge you will do that so easily and effortlessly that you will not even notice that you binged... it becomes effortless to eat 300 grams of chocolate or more... at one point you can use binge eating for literally everything... you can use it for escaping boredom... stress... anxiety... pain... depression... guilt... shame... or any other uncomfortable feelings you have ... you just learn to use it as a DISTRACTION.... even though it slowly starts to redundantize you... it makes you feel crazy... and you just feel FUCKED UP... the other thing which made me eat so much sugary things is that whenever i binged i told myself that this ONE LAST TIME and never again... now this was a BIG LIE because sometimes i overbinged myself just because i lied to myself that i will never ever eat those things again so why not??... so how i quit binging? first i realized that this is all just an automatic reaction to my life's challenges... it takes away the pressure of life for a while... the message is clear, you NUMB and distract yourself beacuse of the FEAR... FEAR of life, loniless, boredom, anxiety, depression, pain, guilt and other things... so you just simply accept that it is why you do it... escaping from your feelings... the way to stop binging is to let your fucked up life be as it is now... and do not try to avoid your feelings, fears, and stress... it might be a little uncomfortable for at first but once you let yourself be fucked up and be in that situation you will find your strength and power... you dont have to escape your feelings.. just like you dont have to escape a bad weather or raining... soon they will disappear and the sky becomes blue once again... so just simply STOP trying to avoid your feelings, instead let them be and feel them, be more alive, and allow yourself to eat ANYTHING ( yes there are no good foods and bad foods... there are no toxic and healthy foods...)ANYTHING you want without guilt, fear, and rules... no more rules what you should eat, how much you should eat... the mind will tell you BIG LIES such as you will be fat if you eat that much or you will be toxic if you eat those unhealthy foods.........the list of thinking about food is endless... but all those thoughts are bullshit... NO MORE DIET.... ENJOY YOUR FOOD... do not use it as a NUMBING TOOL... SLOW DOWN, CHEW, TASTE, SMELL TOUCH AND HAVE PLEASURE.... and by doing this you will become a normal eater again... and you will forget the whole nightmare of binge eating forever... BE AWARE, HAVE PLEASURE and BE SATISFIED!!!!!! ONLY WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN can you really enjoy your food. Because of guilt, shame and fear in the last 6 years i was never satisfied after havng a meal... i felt always DEPRIVED rather than satisfied and well nourished... this created more STRESS, pressure and urge... i always ate very very very fast... i just could not SLOW DOWN, i ate mindlessly like a reactive animal who is never being satisfied no matter how much i ate... i always ate in a state of stress( flight or fight ) in a state of surviving mechanism... as if my whole life would depend on eating well... SATISFACTION is SO IMPORTANT, when you are satisfied then you feel really GOOD not like a deprived piece of shit... YOU CANNOT BE SATISFIED IF YOU DO NOT SLOW DOWN, CHEW, TASTE, SMELL, TOUCH AND PAY ATTENTION... When you feel always deprived then you will have another FEAR and that is the FEAR OF NEVER BEING ABLE TO BE SATISFIED.... this makes you believe that you have to eat a LOT to be satisfied... and you just FOCUS ON FOOD AND EATING MORE AND MORE... SATISFACTION is not about quantity... its ABOUT QUALITY... When you slow down , chew taste smell and enjoy the food then you will automatically eat less beacuse you will feel so satisfied that you just naturally know that its enough to eat and thinking about food... you EFFORTLESSLY stop eating more and you EFFORTLESSLY stop thinking about food anymore... when you truely slow down and you truely get your satisfaction from food then you will completely LOSE INTEREST IN FOOD, OVEREATING OR BINGING... the greatest LIE is that i have no willpower over food or i am slave to binge eating or i am a fucking binge eater just created GUILT and SHAME and guilt and shame MADE me EAT SO FUCKING FAST.... As if i would steal or do some crime... i must do it very fast, so nobody will see me and nobody will blame or judge me.. i dont even notice that i already overate and then start blaming myself that i overate again.... this is the diabological hell... I judge myself rather being gentle and kind to myself... i always felt like i am on a court and that i will be judged because of what i did... BULLSHIT plus loads of bullshit equals BULLSHIT:D .. Just simply SLOW DOWN and you will find your freedom wich you have never lost... another thing is BLACK or WHITE, ALL or NOTHING mindset... BLAMING ...JUDGING... CHATTERING... being strict and fucking hard on yourself(creating an unbearable pressure) that you have to eat perfectly and any mistake is disallowable ... if you make some mistake then all is lost and everything is blow and ruined and fucked up... thinking like-- oh what did i do??? shame on me!! i overate myself again? what a sinner i am? okay so who cares if i eat more since i go to hell(making everything always wrong) anyway....? did i eat artifical unnatural junk food???...how this will affect my stomach... oh i will be so sick and i will die prematurely.. and other bullshits... eating and life in overall is not about doing a task or working... its about playing and having fun... just because i use the word satisfaction a lot, dont think i am a hedonist or something:D hope you get the message:)

    I hate the fact I binge, during the day I eat every meal normally and then dinner come around, i usually binge in healthy food but I always fell guilty right after because my belly hurts so much. i thought i was the only one that felt guilty after binging. I thought i wasn't allowed to feel guilty because I let myself binge. I used to binge eat as a way to cope with my emotional issues, now i just binge eat because I just have no control. The other day I was just eating and just could not stop. I had a whole packet of medium chips and 2 potato scallops without taking a breath and then I still ate dinner. I felt so sick and i spent the whole night throwing it up (uncontrollable not purging). Worst pain ever. I really want to change the way I eat and I don't want to go back to restrcting all the time, resulting in binging. Thanks for sharing your experience.

      If you've been restricting for a long time, you're most likely also going to binge eat a bit longer. Making sure you're eating a balanced meal throughout the day really makes a huge difference and you're less likely to binge at night

      Millie dont think that u cant control it because you can. I know it sounds very hard but u can do it. Ur brain is wired to eat like that, and now it has become a rutine. U have to change that rutine, rewire your brain and your binges. For example change the place where you binge. If u do it at your kitchen or room change it to other place, sit down while eating and put gloves. This will rewire your binge habits. Also try to have at least two healthy meals through the entire day and if u binge dont feel guilty and dont give up. I know u can do it. I thought i couldnt do it too but now i know that i have control.

    I love videos like that one! Many "fitness" people out there seem to pretend that eating only low calorie and clean foods plus always working out until they can't push any further would be normal and fun to them. Actually what I often see then are only signs of obsession, leading to eating disorders and an unhealthy mindset. I feel such a relief whenever you open up about those issues, and saying you know these feelings first hand. It makes me believe that recovery from an abusive relationship on yourself through extremly strict training and eating is possible. I would be more than happy if you kept making videos on this topic you dealed with in your past!!! 😍 Thank you for being so real and honest!

      Natacha Océane I truly understand, in the past 4 months I've been binge eating and I've recently been diagnosed with it. I've lost my period for over 9 months now because I used to go to the gym every day for 8 months and I just did cardio. Now though, I've understood why my body has done all this... to survive because I restricted myself to just under 1000 calories some days. I'm currently working to overcome binge eating by taking each day a day at a time, going to the gym much less frequent and going to the weights instead (little cardio for cardiovascular health). Honestly, by you looking so lean and having gone though BED gives me so much hope and disciple to carry on NOT restricting myself and helps me to train my brain to not binge. Sorry for how deep this is, but I needed to get it out in some way and I feel most comfortable doing it on your channel x

    Y’all can relate ?

    • @Alexmary
      @Alexmary 5 лет назад +28

      I understand that feeling and I use to love it but it’s so sick. You shouldn’t fast because that restriction no matter how good it “feels” will only result in another binge because your body will feel deprived and the cycle will start all over. WHENEVER you binge you must continue eating normally. Even if it’s in the morning you have to have dinner. And eat like normal the next day. Your body is smart and fasting will not “undo” a binge because theirs nothing to undo (overconsumption gets leveled out naturally in less than a week). It’ll just be begging for more food.

  • @anniebrkich9612

    I have never commented on a RUclips video before but this really hit close to home. You have no idea how much I can relate to this! I had an eating disorder in high school and would limit my calorie intake to about 500 a day paired with intense cardio training on top of varsity volleyball practice. I didn't binge but I was so obsessed with looking thin that I would work off every calorie I ate at the gym. Being 5 '10 and weighing more than all my friends my whole life (I always played sports and had more muscle), I was so embarrassed to be my size. It's crazy because realistically, after living this intense lifestyle for two years, I was so thin that my rib cage showed and I looked exhausted all the time. Long story short- I had a terrifying health scare senior year that changed my way of looking at food and working out. It also forced me to recognize the fact that how I look is not a defining factor of who I actually am or want to be. Your message is so powerful and so important for young girls to see. Thank you for sharing your journey. You look amazing, but to be honest that isn't what I noticed first. Your positivity and healthy mindset drew me in. So inspiring!

    I don't usually comment, but you are Honestly such an inspiration. I'm going through hell with the binge/ restrict cycle right now, and I can't seem to break out of it very easily. But I came across your videos and your relationship with food and your positivity motivates me so much. I love how you don't restrict yourself, you eat till you're satisfied and you still stay lean and strong with your training. That's basically what I aspire to be -not to be like you (not that I wouldn't want to, I just want to be the best version of myself), but to be as optimistic towards life and as balanced as you. you made me realise life is too short to care about how you look and what you eat all the time. However, these kind of videos remind me that it is a process and i should accept myself at all stages of it. I would exercise as soon as I finished eating or fast for days. I also lost my period and felt weak all the time. Hearing you talk, I think you didn't have binge eating disorder, but bulimia. I have the exact issue and thought for the longest time I had a binge eating disorder. But people with BED don't restrict or exercise after their binges. Bulimia isn't only about throwing up, it's also about trying to starve yourself after a binge so you don't gain weight and overexercising.

    I've been struggling so much with my body. My whole life I was a chubby child, and I had low confidence for years. Im 15 now, and I got rid of all the weight during my summer break. As soon as school started though, I had no time to meal prep and excercise. I was also going through a really hard time as I had just lost my friends and it felt like I had no one to talk to.
    I started obsessing over my body, and restricting calories to try and control my body, but the emotional stress and constant need to binge made me put on more weight. I felt so low about myself.
    And then I came across this video, And I'm so happy that I'm not the only one suffering because of this. I feel hopeful knowing people struggle as much as me. Now I'm determined to fix my perspective on food, my body and life. Wish you very well xx

      +EnIaify hey! I understand what you mean and I think it's really good that you're self aware enough to think about that 😊 I totally get the concern and I think the best thing to do might be to keep going with how well you're going until you feel really comfortable, and when you are ready, start adding in small treats and go from there. One of the big realisations for me was when it hit me that this enjoying this food in moderation wasn't going to change the way I look or perform, and that it made me happy. But the way way to have that realisation is to develop it slowly 😁 really hope that helps! Xxx

    • @EnIaify
      @EnIaify 7 лет назад +14

      Natacha Océane thank you so much! It helped! I really need to take it slowly and wait until i'm really ready. I thought i was "ready" a few times already and that i could treat myself with a Piece of cake, for example, but ended up eating the whole cake. So as you Said- patience is important and starting with little by Little. You're empowering and motivating me by sharing your experiences!

    • @ariafrost7292
      @ariafrost7292 7 лет назад +4

      EnIaify maybe it's best to enjoy the food that you want to eat at that time and not stress about the calories or getting fat. You wo1nf get fat if you eat a piece of cake or a couple pieces of chocolate. If you do restrict yourself or binge and get angry at yourself you are hurting yourself mentally and physically. You should love yourself for who you are and what you look like. I find if I listen to my body it tells me what I need to consume to feel healthy, strong, energized etc. So if I wake up in the morning and I am not hungry I wait until I am hungry and eat a moderate amount of food. If i am hungry I do eat.

    thank you SOO much for posting this! i watched this right after a binge (concluding at least a week of only eating at dinnertime) and i was feeling awful about myself. all i wanted was a flat stomach, and yes, barely eating made me look less bloated, but i felt like i was binging every week and my results were coming from food and not exercise. i had just eaten a sandwich and fruit, but then broke into some dessert items i had deemed “forbidden” and completely lost all self control. i cried after seeing how bloated my stomach looked, and told myself that i had just destroyed everything i’d been restricting for. this sort of binge would happen around once a week. my goal when i went onto youtube was to find someone else binging so i’d feel less guilty, but i stumbled upon this video and it honestly changed my whole outlook. i’m going to go for a walk and try and leave these binges behind, keeping this video in mind. wowww i just opened up to a million people i don’t know, but my point is although i’m watching this right after a binge, i feel completely different now and am determined to change my habits!

    Thank you so much for this video!
    I have had an ED since 2017 (I was 14).
    At first I just started comparing myself to others and noticed that I was slightly bigger than some of my friends. In kindergarten a girl said that I looked pregnant and a couple of years after that my stepmother commented that I should lose a couple of kilos that I have "extra". I think these comments could have been contributing to the start of my body-comparison. My mom and dad have always been struggling with weight; they are always trying to achieve a certain form by trying to eat healthy, train, and restrict certain foods. I guess I developed some kind of unhealthy thinking and behaving patterns from them as well. As a child I was sometimes rewarded with food and I could eat sweets only on Sundays. Some foods (like white bread) were banned, so I started craving them more often.
    As I got older, me and my stepsister started going to the grocery stores to buy banned junk food. We were definitely binging, but didn't think much of it because we weren't even aware that this wasn't okay. Then obviously as I got older the rules were loosened. At some point I started watching RUclips. There I started seeing all those "perfect skinny people", therefore wanted to lose weight myself. At first I thought that cutting out sugar will be the solution. With that I started reading the food labels (it was at the beginning of 2017). It made me lose some weight, but at some point I realised that there are different kinds of sugars (fructose, lactose, gluten, sucrose etc.) and cutting out all of these seemed like a mission impossible so I gave up. Then, in the summer of the same year, I saw a video which was sponsored by a calorie counting app. It caught my attention and within a few months I developed an eating disorder. That's when the food weighing and tracking started.
    I started eating less and less and saw the weight dropping, which kept me motivated. I didn't really educate myself on eating healthy and I genuinely thought that our bodies could "spend" energy only by exercising. So I thought that if I ate 1400 kcal a day (as it was recommended for my body in the calorie counting app), I would need to spend 1400 kcal through exercising in order to maintain my weight and exercise more or eat less in order to lose weight. So that's when my over-exercising started. I had acrobatics for 4.5 h a week and on top of that I ran, walked a lot and did several ab workouts every day. I started getting all these compliments and made a friend with the same mindset as me.
    Nobody thought I had a problem until I told my stepdad that I think something might be wrong with me. I told him not to tell my mom, but he did it anyway because he had been in a relationship with a person with an ED before, which is why he knew that I had one. It was around Christmas time in 2017 and I had lost almost 13kg at that point, but I wasn't underweight which is why I didn't get to the treatment centre. Then I started going to different specialists and therapists who gave me meal plans and consulted with my families, so they could help me. At that point I was mentally and physically so sick that I cried and screamed almost every time someone tried to feed me something that was unhealthy in my eyes, my blood tests looked very bad and my pulse and blood pressure were very low. I had to stop going to acrobatics and doing any form of exercise because I could've practically died - that made me miserable.
    My stepmom tried to help by eating with me, because I had to eat a lot more than others and it seemed so unfair and too much. I gained some weight, but every gram of extra weight seemed like a disaster. I still tried to restrict for a long time (by hiding food etc). The therapy didn't help a lot. I tried to help myself by watching videos about ED recovery and reading about ED-s. At some point I could start exercising again. At first my parents had full control over my eating, but after many sessions of discussing they started loosening it. The sessions started to be more rarely. I wanted full control over my eating. I was tired of other people telling me what to do.
    Now over a year has gone by, I am eating more and exercising. But I have developed depression (they almost gave me antidepressants, my parents just needed to give permission, but then quarantine happened and they now think I'm okay which is why they stepped back), perfectionism, anxiety, body dysmorphia and I am trying to heal but it is VERY hard. I my cellulite has gotten bad even though I am not fat, which makes me hate my body. I was binging a lot as well until just a few weeks ago when I decided to stop. But I do not know what is normal eating anymore. I doubt myself all the time if I have eaten enough, too much or too little. I am scared of being hungry and being full. I want to accept my body, but also to have a fit and attractive body. I have done a lot of self-discovery and tried many healing techniques, but they don't seem to help. I am still trying every day and it is a struggle. I wouldn't consider myself very sick anymore, but I am definitely not recovered completely. I still think about food almost all the time. Fortunately not as much as before though :). Oh btw I have never had my period and I'm 16.
    Okay I think I am done with my essay now xd. I don't know what got into me. Sorry haha. If you read it then wow seriously thank you!

    This video is obviously super old, but I just discovered this channel and it has been one of several that have helped me in my current process of getting over my eating disorder and cycle of restricting and binging. I'm not perfect yet (still binge every now and then and have anxiety around food) but I've improved SO much! Six months ago over winter break, I was binging almost every night and now I havent binged in probably over a month. My relationship with food is healing, I'm inspired to start lifting (used to be too afraid of getting "big" if I lifted), am eating more than I was earlier this year, and am more forgiving and content with my body. Thank you natacha even tho you will probably never see this random comment on a video from three years ago and to anyone who feels hopeless about food and your body- I felt the same way just months ago and I can promise, there is hope

    My Struggle: I dont even remember a time when I havent been obsessed with food. I am always thinking about food. I am never satisfied with how my body looks. I started to over exercise and try to incorporate it into every minute I could. This year I was at my skinniest even though I wasnt restricting food, I was being conscious and trying to pick lower calorie but healthy foods. People kept commenting on how skinny I was and it made me feel so proud. But lots of my family were more so worried, telling me I look unhealthy. I was taking adderall which suppressed my appetite. Then I started to slowly gain weight back and I dont know why. I have been freaking out, and because of that I have been self-sabatoging by binge eating. I feel disgusting. Even though I still take adderall it isn't suppressing my appetite as much as before and I make sure to eat on it. I just want to have a healthy relationship with food, it causes me so much stress. I feel like people see me as that "Skinny tall girl" and I dont want to change that.

    I eat lots of food & snacks even after i feel full for years since i was young, it’s my habit. So i really confused how to stop that and start dieting bcs im too fat..

    thank you Natacha for this video, It was super motivating as I've been struggling with binge eating for years. I booked an appointment with a dietitian in order to understand better what my body needs, how much food, how many calories, and I made sure she was specialized in eating disorders and binge eating in particular so I can be open about my past. My food schedule/diet really doesn't work for me anymore, I feel guilty all the time, and I'm worried anytime I go out for dinner with my friends. it's not a lifestyle that I enjoy anymore. And I'm sure I'm overtraining too. So, I hope I can come back to this video with some nice updates from my personal life.
    I admire you so much! You're doing such a great job here on YT. Don't stop :)

    I'm a, post recovery, Bulimic who knows the shame of binge eating and what it does to yourself and those around you. It's been over 3 years since I binged and I fight the urge everyday. I still find it fascinating, and terrifying, that there are those on RUclips that have overcome the same illness and have found joy in food again. Lately I've been introducing weight training along with my HIIT and the muscle definition and growth is great but my chest and arms are getting bigger so my clothes fit tighter which triggers my head into thinking I'm becoming that old fat mess. I'm told I'm rare to be so open as I'm a guy but it happens to us all. Regardless of gender. You are inspirational.
