What kinda camera is that please
Hi Wes, thanks for the video. I have a dual band modem 2.4 g and 5g and the camera connects to 2.4 and you can see a check mark next to it. There is an x next to 5g. However, I keep receiving a message indicating no wifi and no internet connection. Can you please suggest what else I can try please. Thank you
That is weird. Correct, the unit can only connect to 2.4 g and not 5g. Is your modem giving you the option for both bands. I'm new to this device but I read that you can factory reset the device. Resetting can be done by sticking a think needle in the reset button on the side. After a reset, let me know if that works.
