- It's the second day of our cruise on Jewel of the Seas. We have lunch at Izumi, attend the Christmas Tree Lighting, have dinner at Giovanni's Table and then briefly attend the worst production show I have ever seen on any cruise ship - "City of Dreams". I got an injury and John was my nurse before we finished the night at the Vortex bar and nightclub, a truly awesome venue. There are so many wonderful and unique places to explore on this ship. See you next time for a day on the beach in Costa Maya!
(It should go without saying but, this video is NOT advice on what to do if you have a medical incident onboard. It's simply my opinion and how I chose to handle a minor injury.)
Even with some of the hick ups, still looks like you had a good time. LIKE 14👍👍👍
Borrowed a little snip from Your clip. As I am struggling with the Holy Daze, I find Myself orienting back to center which of course includes the High-Seas ! Love what You're doing here.... will have questions in thyme.... Glad to see You grinning from ear to ear and back in You're happy place. Can't wait to catch up to Ya'll.
I've never been into cruise ships or vlogs, but your video completely changed my perspective. It's so well-crafted and genuine- !! great stuff
Thank you so much for watching and for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed 🥰
Despite the setbacks it looks like you and John are so far having a good time.....I can see the food is far better then Carnival.........
The clip you showed of the production show seemed of Indian (India) nature. We have never walked out of a show...yet. Granted there are some shows we have seen that we wanted to but didn't. Entertainment is one of the reasons why we like to cruise as well. That couples game was hilarious!! Thanks for sharing :)
Buenos Dias, Nina ! Kionda wei ? 🤩😍🥰😇😘
Always glad to Sea Ewe.

Calling Dr. John LOL!
Pronunciation tips from an Italian speaker so you'll sound like a pro:
gnocchi (gno-cchi) = nyoh-kee rhymes with pokey. The GN in Italian has a NY sound as in lasagna. It's the same as the ñ in Spanish as in España. The CCH/CH has a K sound as in zucchini and macchiato.
focaccia (fo-ca-ccia) = Foh-kah-tchah. The CCI/CI in Italian has the CH sound as in Gucci, Pucci, Fiorucci or Ciao (chow). The Italian O is pronounced like the O in Oh no!
Thank you! I am always aware that I'm butchering those words at the time but can't remember the right pronunciation. I will practice! 😆
