I'm too young to have seen the OG transformers series & movie, so I never cried when Prime died....but I was there to see Dinobot give his last. Dinobot's sacrifice was my transformers feels moment.

Considering the level of difficulty it must have been to get such a screen accurate Dinobot in both robot and beast mode, this figure deserves a 10/10 rating! Robot bits showing in beast mode be damned (they are in the least visible part of the figure for display purpose anyway) 👍

This is easily one of the best Transformer figures of all time. The fact that both modes look as accurate as they do(the velociraptor is a bit gappy, but that isn't very surprising as none of the MPBW figures have a perfect beast mode) is pure insanity.

Aside from the "washing my back" part, that cutaway gag at the end was perfectly in character for both of them, which makes it even more hilarious!
That slow fade out while Dinobot eats the gold record was PRICELESS 🤣🤣🤣
As good as this figure is with how screen accurate it is and how well they did the transformation, they need to get to work on giving us a Masterpiece Terrorsaur. I'm rewatching the cartoon and his transformation is kinda crazy but not impossible to be done in a Masterpiece figure.
I kinda want too see a master piece depth charge,tigertron and airrazor but also terrasaur and inferno too

I know it's not perfect perfect, but Takara did an incredible job of engineering into physical form what was basically a magic transformation in the cartoon. It's stunning how well this looks in both forms. I can't wait for it to arrive.

I'm not so sure, the wings alone seem like they would be really complicated because of the difference in size between beast mode and robot mode
I am so looking forward to Terrorsaur and Tarantulas. I agree with Christopher De Leon. Although the wings can just flap over itself, it's going to be interesting to see how many flaps and pegs Takara will have to make. The wings are substantially smaller on Terrorsaur's Robot mode, but seeing Dinobot's engineering I believe they'll do it just fine!

They really thought of everything for this figure. Loved the fact that the shield can rotate at a push of a peg. Fingers-crossed I get my BlackArachnia🙏🏻

I really love Dinobot and Megatron. This is perfect. I wish I can have one. 😂 The trasformation is almost perfect with every gimic of face, eye and weapon. I'm excited while watching this! Man... I keep praising how Takara did this figure. Love it! Waiting for Megatron next! 👍

I don't really care for the whole Beast Wars aesthetic, but you cannot deny that the design of this figure's transformation mechanics are truly impressive.

The fun part is that Dinobot's voice was created because Scott McNeil couldn't pitch up to Latta's Starscream constantly (throat murder and all), so Dinobot's voice really is lower pitched Starscream.
Character development also makes Dinobot _WAY_ cooler too.

I'll be buying a second Dinobot. I received my Dinobot almost a week before you ( ordered from a Japanese e-tailer). I decided to transform him the night he showed up.
Yea, I should have waited for your review. Oh, I transformed him propeely.....eventually. The only part that gave me issue was that fragging left arm. My joint was way too tight.
I actually positioned his tiny arms over his shoulders to give him kind of a gargoyle-ish look.
I can't wait to order a second copy. I have doubles of Cheetor and Primal. I plan on doing the same for Megatron.
In the meantime, I'm looking forward to a very G1 MP 2019.

I play Transformers Forged to Fight and I've taken a liking to the games designs of the beast wars characters. Instead of trying to make them look fully organic, Kabam embraced that they're robots and made them look more mechanical in beast mode. There's currently only Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Rhinox, Dinobot, and Waspinator in the game and I use all five of them to do missions.

I said, what and nothing else for a few seconds when I saw this video. I heard a long time ago that this figure was coming out but I thought it was canceled since I didn't hear anything else for a while. I was like a giddy school girl watching this video. Lol. I never been like this ever. I was hit way out in left field with this. I was happy when cheator came out but this is something I have been wanting since I was younger. It's just a figure but he is my favorite character in all of transformers and he has so much nostalgia for me that I really want him. I don't get to many expensive things cause I am on a budget but I am going to get him as soon as I can. I couldn't afford primal or cheator but I have the original figures but eventually I want them but dinobot is a must have for me. Cheaper food and riding my bike instead of driving to save gas will be in my short term plans to get this guy and losing weight will be another positive thing along with the figure. I will still eat good but I will make smart decisions for eat like I do anytime I need to fix something on my truck or whatever I need money for something. My priorities are food, hygen stuff like soap/ deodorant and bills 1st, necessary fixes on home and car, anything I need for work like tools or clothes, which all of these are most important, and then after my basic needs are met, I just to save for a rainy day and don't touch it, which normally not much but then I buy what I want. This figure is almost in the need category but it is still in the want. I really hope I can get one. All of my bad luck these past few years will not bother me as much cause I will be happy cause I have this guy. I think that's why I was so excited to see this video cause I kinda felt like I finally have something positive to think about. I have been serious and pushing myself a lot and I try to have a laugh when I can but life has been fighting against me, which everyone goes through, but this is finally something that made me forget about everything for a little bit and I felt like I was free watching this and nothing lately has been doing this for me. Thank you for making this video cause it made my day so much more positive. :)
