That newer lexus design is better than the old one however it’s still over styled, still weird and ugly and that grill is so bad and the way it’s implemented is so wrong and misses the point of the fading effect it’s trying to achieve, there’s no question here on what to pick, the only thing that lexus can provide is a better reliability than the genesis’s brand.
The lexus may lose in many ways but it will last longer and it will keep its resale value way longer than any other brand, if that has any value to you.

Genesis is on the road all day long with over 200,000 miles!
Compare the new NX and the RX
can you do the first gen IS
I would 100% get the genesis over a Lexus it’s more luxury while Lexus IS more premium kind of like Acura.. or I would get a Volvo over the Lexus!
The RX looks hideous but I think it would've looked very good as a hatchback as do many cuv and small suv
I really appreciate the new Rx but I feel as though it’s extremely outdated already. The 2023 is what should have been brought to market in 2015 not the hideous last generation model that made me cringe every time I saw one. Priced way to high as well, genesis all the way
That newer lexus design is better than the old one however it’s still over styled, still weird and ugly and that grill is so bad and the way it’s implemented is so wrong and misses the point of the fading effect it’s trying to achieve, there’s no question here on what to pick, the only thing that lexus can provide is a better reliability than the genesis’s brand.
I prefer the outside and inside look of the gv80 but I would prefer Lexus for qualities and resale value
To me, the new design language of Lexus seems to boast about its high-tech features and that of Genesis seems to be more moderate and adult.
I want the GV80 500h made by Lexus at the Tahara plant in Japan 😂
Rx reminds Toyota+Honda. Genesis doesn’t reminds any Hyundai language.
Genesis is so obviously copying Bentley
@@Z4N7 You probably don’t know what the copy means.
@@Z4N7 maybe because their designer worked at Bentley
@@wonseong4545 And you sound like fanboy whose feelings got hurt...
@@Z4N7 The new Bentley Mulliner Batur is a copy of the 2015 Genesis New York concept.
The lexus may lose in many ways but it will last longer and it will keep its resale value way longer than any other brand, if that has any value to you.
Genesis all the way. Lexus design hasn't hit home run for me like Genesis has. I feel like they have a way to go in finding a beautiful balance. The grill is always the problem for me with Lexus. It not bad it's just haven't been perfected to blend in with the rest of the design.
Genesis gv80 it is one greatest looking SUV almost looking like a baby Bentley😊
No 4 cylinders for me @ this level!
My money would be on Lexus to own long term. Ask yourself, " How many old Hyundai are around driving vs old Lexus?"
Every single Lexus model is ugly AF, imo. It's disrespectful to compare any Genesis model to Lexus.
Definitely Genesis!!!
Lexus is the one for me
The Genesis has a older look to me. For old people. This is not new design. Looks American to me.
Nope. Lexus is my choice without question. Lexus seems tighter interior design. I don’t like wide design. It makes the car for the old people. And I absolutely hate dial or button shift.
Only the genesis!
I feel like 2016 to 2020 are the years of over styling 😅
People really comparing Lexus to a Hyundai lol … Lexus will be on the road for a while
not feeling the front grill of the gv80,.
GV70 more applicable for comparison...
I really hate Lexus grills and some of the newer Toyota's well! They look like a BIG open mouth.
It is 21inch rims in genesis not 22
It's actually 22 inches in the top trip GV80. The GV70 has the 21 inch rims.
@@philhenderson3516 oh it is 22..lol sorry why did I thought it was 21
Genesis all the way ! Saw one in person and fell in love! Center console is more massive than videos show … love the fact that you don’t have to use the touch screen for everything!
Korean Crap! Ask your self WHAT product has KOREA ever made that is quality over a long Period...Then BUY a Lexus!
Genesis >> Lexus
I see the Beluga 😆😆
