The rest of the car looks goods but I can’t get used to the body color portion of the grill where it “transitions” to the grill. Seems too cluttered to my eye on an otherwise very clean design! Seriously this GV 80 is priced higher than the RX? Then clearly they aren't competitors or in the same class. Who would pick a Genesis over a Lexus at the same price point or higher. That's crazy to say the least, Genesis still has a long way to go to think of that kind of pricing against established luxury brands.

    • @infuori
      @infuori 2 года назад +1

      I would. I did. My GV80 is so much better in every way then my RX was. The RX has dependability going for it. The GV80 has been reliable too (@10000 so far). The list price of the GV was just a touch higher than I paid for the Lexus four years earlier. It is in a different league. The new RX looks better. But I still prefer the Genesis in every way except perhaps the dealership experience.

    That newer lexus design is better than the old one however it’s still over styled, still weird and ugly and that grill is so bad and the way it’s implemented is so wrong and misses the point of the fading effect it’s trying to achieve, there’s no question here on what to pick, the only thing that lexus can provide is a better reliability than the genesis’s brand.
