Overkill is an American Heavy Metal band, formed in 1980 in New Jersey. The band has been active since 1984, releasing 15 studio albums, 2 EPs, 2 live albums and a "covers" album. The band also has a notable mascot (named Chaly), a skeletal bat with a skull-like face, bony wings, and green eyes. It has appeared on most of their album covers. Overkill has gone through many line-up changes, with singer Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth and bassist D.D. Verni remaining as founding members. Along with Anthrax (whose one-time lead guitarist, Dan Spitz, was also an early member of Overkill), the band is one of the most successful East Coast thrash metal bands.

mindrapeart, You are absolutely right. If I'm not mistaken, they found trace amounts of lithium in the Austin or Dallas water supply. That and the fluoride and all the neurotoxins in the air and all the pharmaceuticals everyone is on and the chemicals in the food etc. it is completely natural. I remember going to shows in the early 90's and they were INSANE!! Pure energy and power driven. Now, it's like going to a funeral.

*****, They do have it going in in SA. I mean, y'all still use machetes to fuck people up. Here in NA, the men piss themselves if someone uses a derogatory word towards them. Sepultura was one of my favorite bands of all time.
i get what u mean, i saw these guys a week ago and except the crowd was on fucking fire. I guess you could say they were feeling the fire... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhh!!! :D
