Where should nose bar be at ? In some other brands i see people having nose bar on their moustasche area , so when they get hit, nose bar doesnt hit their nose and break it ? What is you opinion about it ?
Hey man, I ordered this exact headgear along with a winning cup but I see people saying it obstructs your field of view and now i’m having second thoughts. In your experience, does it obstruct your view? I’ve used open face headgear my whole life and idk
It’s more obstruction than open-faced but I think you’ll get used to it and appreciate the extra protection. Otherwise, go for open face or you have an ethnic nose that doesn’t break.
I had a cheap face saver headguard, when I got hit i felt it more, kinda felt the bar coming through the padding, dose this happen with this headgear???
Do they protect your Eyes 100%?? If not, what headgears in the market protect the Eyes 100%? My son is boxing for 1 year now, several eye scratches, (abrasions). He will soon work in (Office jobs) after College. It does not make any sense to damage his eyes, which eyesight is worth $ 1mil. (priceless). What should he do?
My review of this head gear, worst part: your vision will be shit. Best part, I’ve never felt so protected from taking shits. Like it absorbs force better then anything I’ve ever worn. I’m coming back from nose surgery so that is why I got it. But it’s got its fair share of issues
best headgear. my favorite. love mine
Yo Johnny! Can you please make a gear reviews playlist?
I always go headgear without the face bar, feel like i cant se upper cuts with the bar
Round5fit you can’t see those uppercuts lol
Check out the Fly Superbar. It's much slimmer, sleeker and has more open vision
The circumference of your head in centimeters?
I forgot the measurement. can check later
Could one also use it for Muay Thai? Or does it obstruct the lower vision too much?

I center the eye slit on the eyes. nosebar shouldn’t touch your nose when you get hit
Would you recommend the face savor or cheek protecter. I'm more of a reckless fighter I scrap more than I box lol
Face saver for you, sir! 😂
Im using Cleto now and after hard sparring my head hurts do you think winning is a really good upgrade?
I am a size 7 in fitted hats and 22” ... should I get a medium or large for the winning facesaver?
There is a size chart on their website
Where do you buy these?

expertboxing gotcha, preciate the reply man!
Where did you order your headgear?
Thanks !!
I ordered this but I have a big nose. Is that going to be a problem? I ordered a large. I'm 5'9 147
Only one way to find out, right?
I wish i could wear the facebar, but my nose is way too damn big. The slightest tap feels like a power punch on my nose.
The bar should not be touching your nose. And that's one of the prerequisites of knowing that the facebar headgear fits you!

Noo ...they are 300 dollars for à reason
@@monothemonkey*$500 NOT $300
Does it protect jaw
Yes, much better than nothing. But obviously not against every punch angle.
Nice!
Try the Fly Bar
Would it be beneficial to wear heavier head gear to help strengthen your neck muscles? Always great content Johnny.
Not really. If you want to work on neck muscles, do it with a specific exercise.
@@expertboxing Heard that. Thank you.
How's the nose protection on these?
Good enough that most world-level pros use them?
@@expertboxing thank you :)
I’m planning on getting braces, will this headgear be effective enough to protect my teeth ?
There are special mouthguards for braces. But generally...you gotta be super careful or not spar hard, man.

They definitely protect the eyes well as no gloves will fit through there!
Is the inside lining smooth or rough?
Soft and smooth but it grips! Usually smooth lining is too slippery but not with this one.
Does Winning-USA.com ship to Hawaii?
Does it take a while to get used to them? I did 4 rounds in them today and felt like I kept getting hit?
To get used to the visibility? Just make sure you look at your opponent instead of turning your head away.
The FG-2900 doesn't protrude as far if you are concerned about getting caught because of the bulk
How is ringside facesaver?
It’s ok. Not my favorite.
Isn’t it harder to breathe with the bar ?
hell no. it doesn’t come anywhere close to blocking long your mouth or nostrils. imagine wearing a baseball empire helmet...no blockage whatsoever

how long have you been boxing?
@@expertboxing over a decade but with a 4 year lay off
Is this better than the cleto reyes nose har headgear?
the vision seems very narow
it's much better from the inside looking out, but yeah....it's hard to see uppercuts. you have to "feel" them
I never buy winning merch bcs is too expensif the really fighter dosent need mask
