    Very smart to remove the bottom chassis plate, glad I saw your vid. Def way easier than working from top down on this truck.

    That's what I forgot to do was remove bottom and top washer to make em spin freely that's why when I would tighten them it would lock up and not love glad I found this video! I have all got racing aluminum parts on mine!

    Great informative video!! You guys rock! Quick question. If you’re changing your bell crank assembly and servo saver, can you also replace your servo at the time in the same manor through the bottom of the chassis or do you have to take it out from the top?

    • @LETSPLAYRC
      @LETSPLAYRC  8 месяцев назад

      Thanks for watching! You can remove and replace servo from the bottom. I’m actually working on a servo upgrade video right now. Hope to have up within a week or so. 👍😉😁

    Just ordered a SRR, i ordered a 5th scale servo and mount and this bellcrank and the hr racing bellcrank stand and a set of aluminum spindles. Should any blue loctite be used on any.of the bellcrank bolts? I also ordered a dx5 pro 2021 to upgrade the dx3 that comes with it. Thanks for the video!

      Hey thanks so much for watching. 👍 you should always use lock tight on any screw with metal to metal contact, and the blue should be just fine. 😉😁 have a great day and have fun!

    Hey guys. Great videos. Wondering if you have one taking the body and cage off the Losi SRR? Cheers

      @@LETSPLAYRC ok cool!! Have a good one!!

    Could the plastic bell crank be the cause of why my SRR looks wobbly up front when driving it? Even on a stand it has a lot of steering play.

    • @LETSPLAYRC
      @LETSPLAYRC  Год назад +2

      Yes it is very possible! As it is a heavy vehicle. However tightening the servo saver may help some as we , but that can also put added ware on the servo it self. The aluminum option will most certainly help.

    • @arod7130

      @@LETSPLAYRC thank you for the feedback! Yea just took mine out yesterday and it looks like the whole front end and wheels coming off hahaha

    • @arod7130
      @arod7130 Год назад

      @@LETSPLAYRC so I’ve replaced the servo to a 5th scale 70kg, bell crank, alum servo horn, alum spindles… and now it wobbles even worse up front! Love the look of the machine and how is a bit easier to work on compared to the Super Baja Rey but damn this thing just doesn’t drive well. Too light on the rear and the death wobble just can’t figure it out!

    • @LETSPLAYRC
      @LETSPLAYRC  Год назад +1

      @@arod7130 that’s odd. Not really sure what the issue would be. Maybe wheels are loose or unbalanced. Ours does not really have that issue. Maybe a bit shaky just because of size. But nothing significant.

    • @arod7130
      @arod7130 Год назад

      @@LETSPLAYRC wheels definitely tight, but I do wonder if debris is inside the seep holes and clogged up making them unbalanced… this car got me spending too much money lol

      Hey first off thanks for watching. Unfortunately we have never run into this problem and therefore not sure how to solve it. 😔 We will look into it and make a video if we find a solution. ✌️

    I’m about to start a complete tare down on my super baja rey and super rock rey. Do you have any advice as to where to start and best way to remember how everything goes back together? Its been over 20 years since I’ve done a tare down 🫣

    • @LETSPLAYRC
      @LETSPLAYRC  8 месяцев назад +1

      Honestly, there is no real trick to it other than trying to remember and organize all the parts as you take apart. lol. However I do find video recordings help, so I can look back if I run into a snag. 👍😉
