9:55 I was the operator on cobra that day, glad I was able to get you guys on quicker especially the front row as when I call for groups of 2 down the queue line its normally a 95% chance of it being in the back as the other guests have gone in the front. We call for groups of 2s down the entire queue because we love getting the hourly throughput as high as it can go. on that day we were sending trains every 35 seconds and were only stopped by the block zones and 1 train being silly. 10:18 Also you were right, cobra is incredibly similar to Thor's Hammer at Djurs Sommerland except this does not feature the second helix after the 3 airtime hills, just the one into the breaks making cobra a unique layout. Paulton's is 100% the best family park in the United kingdom and probably the third best in the country which I think can go even higher in the coming years. make sure to keep an very close eye on for the next few years.

You was talking about new coasters coming to the park and there’s rumours for the first RMC in the uk to go there and Paultons will have an inversion some point in the future. They teased this at a super fan event at the park and they are going to IAPA expo this year to reveal information about their new dark ride. Glad you enjoyed your visit their😊😊😊

Did you see Splash Lagoon, the new-for-2024 water ride? A real shame if not as it's so well-themed for a kids' log flume. And you get surprisingly wet as well. Glad you had a great time though, it really is a beautiful park! They're getting an interesting dark ride next year as well.
It's mad. I'm over 40 years old and live in the UK and I'd never even *heard* of this place until very recently. Looks like a lovely park. It's not for me, obviously, but it sure does look cosy. Nice weather too!
With regards to the Ticket Prices, it's worth pointing out that like most UK Theme Parks, Paultons prefers guests to book in advance. Just booking your tickets a day before will save you £15 over the Gate Price, albeit this is still more expensive than an Alton Towers Peak Day ticket when booked in advance. However, being a family park, children under 1m get free entry, which is incredible value considering the sheer number of rides for small children that don't have height restrictions.

Really glad you liked Paultons. It’s easily the best run park in the UK. You’re also right to point out the lack of theming and design around Cobra and The Edge. Strong rumours that the whole area is going to be rethemed around Vikings, plus a new inverting coaster, to come in 2026, so we’ll see if that’s true. One thing for others: if you book a few days in advance the price drops to around £40. But yep, Paultons is the absolute best. There are bigger thrills out there, but there’s no better designed or run park.

You guys definitely have to go back to Thorpe Park for the whole day because you definitely missed out on some amazing rides! especially the flat rides, those are very good!

My favorite theme park at this point in time is probably Phantasialand in Brühl, Germany (vlog coming soon), and my favorite roller coaster is solidly the Ride to Happiness at Plopsaland De Panne in Belgium. Paultons Park puts all other UK theme parks to shame. It’s a family-run park but feels less amateurish than the Merlin parks (fun fact: Merlin is the second biggest leisure attraction company in the world after Disney. Merlin is bigger than Universal, so there’s no excuse for how second-rate parks like Chessington are). I was at Paultons yesterday with my nine-year-old. He’s been on Icon and The Ride to Happiness and Hyperia and Baron 1898 and Fenix … and loved them … but Paultons Park is still his favourite.

Storm Chaser always has a short queue because young children are so scared of it, so when ever i go, i can stay on the ride and have multiple rides!

Queue times are usually never more than 20 minutes as Paultons cap the attendance low to keep the queues low. Have a great day!
