Is dandelion a weed? If you know dandelion benefits, you may think dandelion is a medicinal herb. This video explains benefits of dandelion and its phytochemical composition and minerals and nutrients. I also talks about uses of dandelion, including dandelion leaf salad, dandelion capsule and dandelion leaf tea and dandelion root tea.

Thank you. I have been researching a lot as I was just diagnosed with colon cancer. I said no chemo or radiation and currently fasting and taking herbs. I just ordered some Dandelion Root and Thyme extract to my other herbals supplements. Not sure if I am going to let them remove it with surgery yet. Still on the fence. I like your video and your voice, so many others have offensive loud voices and seem to be a little arrogant and your not and you do not waste time on non essential conversation. Good video.

I was wondering if there would be benefit from an alcohol extraction of dandelion root,(or leaf/stem/flowers),or if the benefits are mostly from water soluble compounds.(such as would be extracted from just making teas/water based infusions....)
Or Would a double extraction,such as you show in your video of mushroom extraction,be the best way?
