Anyone notice the small mouse sized animal falling&/running down the bail of hay just as they’re talking about removing a layer of hay because of contaminants. 😆 Timing is everything! 15:18
You and Sarah is doing a great job with all your animals ,they makes me smile ,when I seen those lovely 🐖 eat made thought all the meat I can eat , Your animals were happy to get out and Kevin it looked like you and Sarah were ready to talk to the animals while they walk. Great video , Keep Up The Good Work
Just love watching you letting them all out in the morning, especially the ducks, the way they half run, half fly to the grain. You guys are so kind to your animals. I have watched different homesteads, but you guys are special. Thanks.
When I was much younger, I'm 68 we we had a Jersey family cow my two brothers and I took turns milking. The part that brings back great memories is having unlimited butter, whip-cream, ice cream, and chocolate pudding, and of course milk. Enjoy Hope.
This picture is INCREDIBLE! If I lived near your area, I would buy my FOODS from your HOMESTEAD. This is QUALITY OF LIFE-LIVING!!! VERY THERAPEUTIC FOR ME BECAUSE I GREW UP SIMILAR TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY !!!
I'm looking forward to the arrival of Hope . I enjoy watching your morning chores . your ducks always make me laugh when they run out of their house quacking and flapping and head right for the food dish.
The last turkey coming out soon cute and funny and love the duck's they know what's up, the goats are adorable and I can tell all the animals know they are loved and well taken care of. Hope will make a great addition.
I love it when you let out the ducks! They run out of there like, We’re Freeeee! & flapping their wings. So cute! I can’t wait to see Hope. She’ll be so happy there with y’all. You take such good care of all your animals. Please be safe on your trip to bring her home. May God continue to bless your family & homestead! Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇨🇱🇺🇸
Good luck with your cow, I think you will do well.❤️ My grandmother was a Sennerin, that means she went with the milkcows on the mountain in the summer, to milk them and make cheese and butter. She told me that rocksalt was what lured the cows to the milking stand, because they would only get it there while milking. Greetings from Austria! 🇦🇹
Maybe it's just me but I find watching chickens mesmerizing and calming. To me it's like watching gentle waves hitting the beach. I'm excited to see Hope in her new home. Hope the transport goes smoothly for you.
Hi guys ,, your ducks 🦆 make laugh ,, the minute they are let out ,, all of them run with determination towards the food they really look so funny ‼️‼️
yay, excited to see Hope acclimate to her new home. Hope the goats welcome her. I agree with another viewer, I love seeing the ducks in the morning, they are hilarious.
Good luck with Hope. Looking forward to future videos of Hope and her new family. BTW, love to watch the ducks come flying out of their pen in the morning; they are so much fun to watch.
you could bungee cord a tarp over the top of the hay and then air could circulate underneath it. Can't wait to see your family Milk Cow on the homestead!
Many interesting changes around the farm. I REALLY like the hay holder. Much better than the round wire holding bales flat inside them. Busy with the rabbit trailers too!
Very exciting!! Looks like uve covered all ur baces! Hope will be so happy with all of u im sure of it! Hava gd day n see u tomorrow!! Much love from Maine!
Love love love!!!! Enjoy your Jersey milk. The best in the world!!! When we had one with two babies we fed her what smelled like figs. And she loved the salt lick.
your turkeys are so big now. i Still love the ducks ,they have one thing on their mind and that's food. you have such a wonderful farm. It is set up in a way that really is a great place for the animals to have. they have lots of room . Sarah And Kevin you work hard and it shows . beautiful homestead.
So excited about the cow! I remember bringing ours home. She is still with us giving us milk and making us laugh. She is a lot of fun even though she is bossy
I can't wait!!!!!! It has been my dream, since i was a very young girl, to have a milk cow.. My grandmother gave me a pair of playtex gloves in my stocking one year, so that i could poke holes in the fingers, tie it to the kitchen faucet, and practice milking...lol
Thank you for your lovely videos. You are so sweet to share all your experiences with us. It's lovely to watch such natural life. It's how it should be worldwide for all. It will be one day soon. Carol
I’m very excited about Hope’s arrival! I can’t wait to see your next video with her on your homestead! Wishing you all the best in transporting her tomorrow. God bless.
Auspicious, Hope on Sept 11. 40yrs ago we raised our children on our organic farm. We got milk from a neighbor who had a jersey cow and a guernsey cow. It was the best milk, cream and butter ever. When peaches were in that was the best ever.
Just a note; when moving the big bales leave the brush hog on the three point. This will act as a counter balance and will make operating your tractor safer.
I am really glad I found your videos. I enjoy and learn so much from you. Watching your morning routine and learning your recipes. I moved from the city to the country. We had chickens and pheasants. But, the hawks got our chickens and weasels got our pheasants. Looking forward to seeing Hope and watching and learning even more. Thank you so much.
I am WAY excited for you to get Hope home. Everything looks like it will meet her expectations....LOL! Many blessings with your new adventure from Louisiana, Missouri!
You both really inspire me to want to be a better human being. So thanks for all you do to teach us the simple, humble way of living. We should all strive to live like this. It would be such a better peaceful world.
I can't wait to see Hope arrive! You have done what many don't bother to do... you had your trailer checked out!! I really like the hay cradle, that should work really nice for you.
Love, love, love watching you let out the ducks. Also, simple pole sheds would probably be easy to put up over your bale storage area and over your feeder.
The tlc that you give your animals is truly heart warming. I can't wait to follow Hope's adventures. Thank you for sharing your lifestyle, knowledge, and amazing skills. 🐮🐷🐐🌱🍏🍅
You two had worked so hard to have everything ready for Hope arrival. Hope is going to be so happy!! I am excited for your family. God bless you. Love your channel😊😊
I’m so happy for you guys. You can bet if I lived closer I’d be buying your raw milk if you were selling it but Upstate New York is a bit of a drive. Best of luck with picking her up and I know she is going to be loved. God Bless.

I have been watching other Homesteads, and I notice that Sarah is the most hardworking woman. She is a real sweetheart.
Hi friends! I came for the cow 💕, subscribed for the ducks 😎
The pork my dad raised feeding them extra milk was the best tasting pork on earth!
Anyone notice the small mouse sized animal falling&/running down the bail of hay just as they’re talking about removing a layer of hay because of contaminants. 😆 Timing is everything! 15:18
Looking back at the video, it’s a leaf falling from a tree.
Love watching the ducks being let out for the day....it quacks me up!🦆
Have you considered stringing a tarp between you trees to shelter that hay?
I agree that a shade cloth/weather tarp of some sort simple solution movable and easily taken up and down would be a good solution and affordable
Looks good
Love the ducks
I love the morning routine of waking the animals. I can almost feel the morning coolness & smells. Hope is one lucky cow!

Diane White Yah, he is getting pretty chunky.

They're growing well.
