Today's workout, we are using compound exercises and repeating everything for 3 sets, to give us some good progressive overload! It's a hearty one, so grab your dumbbells and let's move daily!

Loved this workout! I’d love more 20-25 minute workouts. I recently went back to work full time and am finding it difficult to get a workout in. Knowing this is under 30 mins mentally makes it seem much more doable. Thanks!

Wonderful! Might have only been 25 minutes but I felt the burn. Even during these busy holidays I remind myself to move daily and stay consistent. I may not be able to do a 45 minute or hour workout every day but what’s important is that I’m still prioritizing my health. Thank you for another great video!
That's the best mindset to have!
I plan on walking daily hydrating and 4 days of strength training the rest will be stretching

This was so amazingly sweaty for me, and fit my time this morning! I'm working out these days for mental health. I haven't wanted to work out, but depression keeps knocking at my door, so I know I can't quit. I will definitely be prioritizing protein over the next couple of weeks. And moving daily. I loved this one, Tracy! Compound workouts are so great for keeping that HR up, while also working the muscles. 👍I did 3 rounds, and then I added your 18-minute 12 Days of Christmas cardio. Whew! 😅That made for a nice 45-minute workout altogether. 😁
thanks Tracy !! Love this. I am 55 and lost almost 40 lbs with exercising and have seen my physique change drastically. Still struggling with underarm and bra bulge though... maybe a targeted workout for that ?

Loved this. So glad you suggested adding a 4th round which I did. Loved it. I totally agree with you about the holidays and exercising. I will enjoy the holiday but nothing will change with my routine. It is SO much easier to continue doing something versus quitting and having to restart. Imagine the dread of knowing you have to restart in January. Not worth it. Just keep going!! It’s worth and we’re worth it! :) love your workouts and your mindset. Thank you. I hope you and your family have a WONDERFUL vacation!

That was great! I did all 3 rounds with 15’s. I thought I would go for a 4th round but by the end, I felt it was good! Haha
Loved it. Surprisingly super tough. Kept up with the same weights though! Loved the stretches and grabbed my lulu towel. Excellent hammy stretch!! I plan on working out daily even though on holidays. Nbd!

Did the 3 rounds as short for time ! But when have the time would do the 30- Nice workout! Going to Big Sur for a quick 4 days before Christmas, will do some exercises while gone without weights in the room 😃❣️💪🏼 and walk
