What a fantastic video! Have seen hundreds of CNC machines before but the effort in movie grade CGI mixed with real footage (tapping with smoke release) and great audio enhances the versatility of this universal head approach by DMG. 453 tools, really?
@@christophercolumbus8944 HSK100, pallet pool and 280ish tool mag depending on LG DIA tools. Day/aft shifts keep spindle up time at around 60% on a good week. No production volume runs but very capable if profitable and smart with fixtures. Catering to in house tool&die components as well as govt fun once in a blue moon. Tool changer and it's capacity is pretty sweet if looking to cover multiple jobs&materials. Can't go wrong with DMG. If possible go and see them at IMTS in Chicago if you want to see some cool toys and feel poor. Cheers.
Very nice machine and a big thumbs up for the visualization. Looking at the quality of parts it screams like to buy a DMG MORI machine with hypermill. Seeing your lates demos pretty much says it all.

probably in the realms of 2-3x more than $500k for a base model, smallest tool carousel and no cell or pallet changer. the footprint of the machine is massive. +5 axis, +dmg tax, 500k would be a bargain
Yes, amazing machines, but extremely expensive. Who can buy that kind of machines? Just big companies like honeywell, lookheed martin, etc. But how often? The small companies want to buy it. But is impossible at that prices, I can do everything with my used haas vf2.
These machines are shit, airlines keep breaking as well as a few other things. Costs more money to maintain them overtime due to shit breaking vs the actual price. Which was around 1.5 million!
DMG Mori Videos are the gold Standard! Impressive visualisation of impressive tech! 👍👍👍
Thank you!

WoW!!! It appears that this machine did NOT come to play!!! ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSIVE!!!
DMG always has the best music for their commercials.
I'm privileged to watch an 80 do its thing and the quality of die components it produces is amazing.
which model ? which year

My favorite assembly video so far also your choice of audio is always spot on.
Thank you very much!
@@DMGMORI do you make the audio in house? or a commision?
@@jonjon3829 A combination of both. Some audio is produced by ourselves, some audio are licenced songs.
This song should be put in just about all the dmg mori videos.

125 Duoblock goes from 750,000 $ to around 1 Mil (Depends upon Config), the pricing is of 2016, landed to India.
