Love it. I have the same Mustang, I'll be watching for more vids. You guys have what it takes. After your video collection grows, I want a Mustang playlist for Christmas.
Take the isolators out to lower it a bit more. Wrap the coils with electrical tape...definitely worth it. Or you could use 5/8 heater hose. Isolators are wuite thick and Dont lower the car enough.
I know this was posted a while ago, but I am planning to go with a similar setup. so I wanted to ask how bad does it ride compared to stock, i am young and can handle feeling the bumps in the road but if I take people in my car will it be uncomfortable for them.
Honestly I don't remember how a stock 2v rides since it's been several years but lowering springs are a better ride then coil overs I'll tell you that much. You'll feel more bumps and imperfections in the road but that's part of being low. I honestly think it's fairly manageable and makes the car look 10x better
Only scraping I used to encounter was with the x-pipe but I didn't have them up high enough that's why. If you have a front lip on that might scrape on high banks and such but not a huge deal!
Not sure but you can check online what the drop rate is for both this set and the ones you have and whatever has a bigger drop rate will be the answer you’re looking for
Got some sport line springs myself right now and deciding if I want to lower it soon. Also what shocks did you run when you lowered it or any other things you changed when lowering it
Ride quality was definitely a little worse but not horrible. You just feel more of the road (bumps etc) and it's a little more bouncy. And i got the kit from Eibach that included the shocks and struts. I think I bought if off LMR or AM. And I got maximum mototsport caster camber plates
Lowered mine and I can't stand the ride, too rough and bottoms out on heavy dips in road, going to return it to stock, plus I'm a old fart and can barely get in and out of it
Hey at least you tried it but it’s definitely not for everybody. You can definitely feel every bump in the road and it’s a much rougher ride. While I’m young I’m going to enjoy it while I can haha

Never heard anyone doing this but I’ll have to look into it and give it a try. I am most likely buying a coil over kit for this car eventually as well

Hey bro. I have 03 GT. Any issues with it scraping? Sometimes my wife or daughter drive mine... don't want them to have issues.

@@RatchetWrenches Thanks brother! I really appreciate you taking your time to answer me!

How the ride quality is it horrible to drive or just a little more bumpy?
