At is too slow at 11s let alone 7s. Good strong player but his vision and ball movement just isn't quick enough for this format. LMP will be one to watch in a year or 2 though, he's a natural goal scorer
Shame on Hashtag. They are my second team in the real life football version. I think for next year, we need to forget about those in the eleven side and stick to the players who trialed with us who play the short version of the game.
yeah but also hashtag use that as a reward at the end of the season for their players bit disrespectful to drop all your players who have worked hard throughout the season first opportunity you get
@@nedogilvie5801 I get that, but many teams don’t give their players rewards at the end of the season like taking them to America. I think if they want to win 1m, then that needs to go out the window and they need to concentrate this as being something separate.
@@soundsasleep01 it’s all well and good saying that most teams don’t but bit different when it’s a team like hashtag, obviously if they wanted to go all out they probs would’ve chose all the players who trialled for them but spencer wasn’t gonna do that. I do think some of the other trialist should’ve came along and that some of hashtags players really don’t suit 7v7 but once again it’s a reward
@@nedogilvie5801 I understand. But for a business that needs 1m. Winning it with the best team you can get needs to trump reward. All it takes is a meeting about with the players. They understand, it is a bonus at the end of the day.
Hashtag is a small club with limited resources. Be easy in the criticism however I will say. We do need to be more clinical. but ... hopefully we go again next year. UPTHETAGS
Hashtag have looked awful all tournament sitting in and just letting teams have shots on them and some of the sitters theyve missed aswell deserved to go out!
Those who didn’t watch the match don’t understand, Newtown pride are a joke of a team and show that this format does not work if there isn’t a shot clock. Their goalkeeper was just holding the ball for minutes at a time. Anti football.
@@pacyguy7144That’s just from the highlights. You miss the 30 out of 40 minutes where they just hold the ball in the back with their keeper. Don’t even try to attack, it’s embarrassing. They ended up getting booed in their game yesterday by the entire crowd
@@pacyguy7144the VAST majority of the match consisted of the Newtown keeper standing still on the halfway line, hogging the ball and doing absolutely nothing with it. Any time a Hashtag player went near him, he'd pass it to a defender, run back towards goal, the defender would pass back to him, and he'd slowly walk the ball back to the centre circle to do it again. He wasted about 80% of the game doing that!
This shows how low the level in the English non-league. In most of these highlights I thought they were just showing the other teams attacks but no hashtag were just terrible.
Bottlers like they always do, can't expect to win a tournament with 0 good players, taking sunday league players in your team will only result in rubbish
How did Hastag expect to go far with May Parrot and Teniola up top
At is rubbish, he's only there and even in the 11s team because the manager is too scared to let him go
Parrott is young and good imo, AT is not a 7v7 player and should not have gone

Newton should be ashamed the way they played, embarrassing to the game of soccer. Good effort from the tags though!
How? From the highlights it looked like attacking football vs a lame hashtag team that sat back with a low block
@@pacyguy7144 they won it last year and looked hopeless in the 1st half against an 11 a side team. That should be pretty concerning
