The US Women have officially been eliminated from The Soccer Tournament, losing to both Say Word FC and Wrexham Red Dragons on Thursday, June 1.
The US Women's team - which was comprised of former USWNT players, organized by three-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women's World Cup champion Heather O'Reilly and coached by USWNT legend Mia Hamm - struggled in each of their two outings. They gave up 17 goals in the tournament and scored none.
Their defeat at the hands of Wrexham was a 12-0 drubbing that saw the Red Dragons score five times in the first 14 minutes of action. Lee Trundle recorded four goals for the Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney-owned club.

Remember, it's always the people who have never played a sport in their life saying men and women are physically equal.
To be honest it was not even about the physical difference. Even some men teams have differences in terms of height (for example lot of Asian team players are shorter).
Here it was just pure skill and tactics. The women's team positioning was just awful, especially around the goal.
This is to be expected as less women play the game, so the pool for talent and competition that makes everyone go higher is just not there.

For those who didn't notice, it was a 45 min long match. TWELVE goals in 45 minutes, let that sink in.

Not only that, but they finished the game before the 45th min, when they reached 12 goals. With 4 Minutes left, they could have scored 14 probably.

Usually these futsal size games take much less time than that because they typically have more goals. Proportionally 45 minutes is like an actual game going on for 200 minutes.

She made some nice saves for sure, but not "incredible" they were all close encounters but she never made a jump save and she doesnt position well also, that's why all the shots in the corners were easy score, sche didnt even try.

This is due to the biological advantages men have so I think it's important to look at men's sports and women's sports through different lenses. Skillwise men are always going to be better athletes than women, I believe that was the main point of this video. Serena Williams said herself that men's tennis and women's tennis are pretty much two different sports. So using that logic I find many men and many women to be incedible athletes in their own rights.
It's not sexism. Women and men aren't physically equal and that's a fact. That's why trans women should stay in their previous gender league or some new trans leagues should be created. This reminds me of my junior A hockey team. We used to play exhibition games against the Canadian women’s team. They can skate but we would be up 5-0, 7-0, and our coaches would tell us to reel it in. These ladies won olympic gold.
Same with football in Australia. The matildas, with some.of the best female.players in the world and probably a top 5 team, lost 7-0 to 14 year olds.

I regularly play amateur football (soccer) with active members of our female national team. While they are good, most men of our group are far superior and some have never played a day in a real club (we are pretty good for a full amateur team though)

For context these are former male pro’s and Wrexham is not an elite team, they are in the third division of English football. None of these guys were superstars during their careers and they won without even breaking a sweat.
For context , most of the current pros are in their 20's, although non league teams. The women are college girls or retired women. I love context.

100%. But I don't think the issue of equal pay should have anything to do with the fact that the average male footballer is so much better than the average footballer. We all know male footballers earn silly amounts of money, and while the figures involved are ludicrous, it's simple supply and demand, and it makes complete logical sense: Football is the world's biggest sport, clubs earn billions in revenue through advertising, sponsorships, attendances, shirt sales, prize money, and whatever else. Of course they're going to spend top dollar for the best players to try and get to the top.
The absurd thing about the demand for equal pay isn't even about the gulf in ability between the sexes. While it may be true that no women would play top flight football if the sport became unisex, the fact remains that men and women don't face each other in competitive football. So considering women's teams don't measure themselves against male opponents in competition, it makes no sense for them to measure themselves against the men in terms of pay. It's simple business and basic math; if the women's game becomes as popular as the men's, then they will organically earn as much as them. This whole thing about demanding equal pay just because they think they deserve it is completely bonkers.

Here in Germany, something very similar happened to the women's world champions of 2003 in the same year. They played a 3x15 minute game against the C youth team from Stuttgart. The women's national team lost by something like 0:9, I can't remember exactly how much. What I do know, however, is that the result was very fortunate for the women, because the boys hit the crossbar and post a few times. They were all boys between 14 and 16, the youngest was almost 14, but at the time of the game he was still 13(!).

Además de eso el equipo femenino puede realizar los 5 cambios y dos más si es que terminado el primer tiempo van perdiendo por 3 goles o más y que el equipo masculino también puede tener 5 cambios pero se reducirá a 3 si es llevan una ventaja de 3 goles o más terminado el primer tiempo
Con todo eso estoy listo para ver dicho espectáculo.
