    Put tape on air box and crank engine it will start every time! The tape will choke engine and cause suction on pilot jet, Vroom!

      Unless the pilot jet was clogged like this one was. Great scooters!

    What did you do to get fuel in the carb before start up? Do you blow compressed air in the vacuum line?

    • @TepcoCycleRepair
      @TepcoCycleRepair  8 месяцев назад

      Suction on the pulse line will allow fuel to flow I talk about it at 3:28

      After you put the suction on the hose, which port on carb do you put it to?

    • @TepcoCycleRepair
      @TepcoCycleRepair  День назад

      @@86steelerfan That's a separate line. The fuel line goes to the carb, suction is on the pulse line. You have to hold suction for the fuel valve to stay open, basically a few seconds. Check out 3:10

    Hey man! I juste rebuild my bws 2005 put a new crankshaft, cylinder, piston, oil seals, crankshaft bearings, new bearings in my transmission and the oil is new, the two crank covers are all new I got spark compression oil and gas lines are going to the carb and I juste cleaned it but it won’t start. Do you know what could cause the issue ?

      @TepcoCycleRepair  Год назад +2

      Could be a few things. First check compression, this will confirm everything is together properly, then with a new plug in, spray some starter fluid in the intake and see if it starts up. If it doesn't and you have good compression, check your flywheel to be sure the keyway is good so it's sparking on time, then check the reeds to be sure they are sealing then last but not least check the exhaust to be sure it's not clogged.
