Egg Pilau
🌂Pan roast 15g whole pilau masala
🌂Boil & de-shell 6 Eggs
🌂Pour 80ml oil
🌂Add 2 large chopped onions & fry until golden brown
🌂4 cloves crushed garlic
🌂1 small crushed ginger
🌂1 tsp Salt
🌂Add the pan roasted pilau masala
🌂1/2 tsp turmeric
4 Large potatoes diced
🌂Add 2 Cups rice & stir until we'll mixed
🌂3cups water
🌂Mix & cover
🌂Cook until most of the water dries
🌂Add the eggs & cover with the rice
🌂Cover & Cook until all the water dries
🌂Serve with ripe banana & Samwa Hot Kachumbari
