My sister and I stayed at the Hard Rock back in January 2023. It was so much fun. Absolutely love being able to walk to the parks. Dev, you and Bianca should do the special tour. It was not expensive and so, so much fun! My sister and I fly back in December for a weekend of fun. This time we are staying at Sapphire Falls. We can’t wait.

Hard Rock is awesome given it's a quick walk to the parks plus the unlimited express passes. We like Portofino's food and shopping amenities better. Wasn't a fan of Royal Pacific.
We stay at Hard Rock everytime we are in Florida and love it! The rooms definitely need to be refreshed we said that several years ago when we were there last. But still our favorite resort for convienence and the vibe! Also not sure if you know but when you stay on property if you purchase something in the parks instead of carrying around that bag all day they can have it delivered to your room! I love that too! Great video thank you!! Can't wait to go back.

Hard Rock is our favorite. They treated us like royalty. They gave us valet parking for free, unprompted, and it was so kind. It was literally our first Universal moment as we pulled up, and it was a spectacular unexpected surprise. They also came to our room to pick up our luggage from us on our check out day while we finished getting ready to take our bags to the luggage hold while we went to the parks for the day to save us time. Also, Dev, always remember the texting service. When your room key didn’t work, you could have text them and they would have come up to you instead of you having to run down to the desk and back up. They were really good about always coming out of their way for us even though I wasn’t asking them to. It made us feel very special. That alone is why we will always be loyal to them. They didn’t want us to lift a finger or stress. We were met with kindness at every turn from check in, gift shop, boat captains, absolutely everyone. ♥️🎸🎶 Congratulations on your milestone. It was so wonderful meeting you last summer. You truly are so kind to your followers when you see us. You were genuinely interested in my family and asked us questions and wanted to know us. It made us feel special. We felt we were important to you. It wasn’t anything I would have ever expected considering people were flocking around you, and something I will never forget. It didn’t matter how many people were there, you didn’t rush us. Thank you so much for being truly engaged with us and making us feel we mattered to you.
Nice informatice video. I prefer the Royal Pacific also (pool area is quiet) and we enjoyed the walk there. I do like to take the water taxi back in the evening.

I love the empty parks! i work at WDW and people were complaining how slow it was but i was like you get paid the same so wouldn't you want it slow... Especially since i work in culinary! in the kitchen of prime time in Hollywood studios.

Love the dining plan because of its ease of use, not having to worry about prices etc. if done correctly you definitely save money. If you’re not a foodie or stay sticky on fast food you can do the quick service plan def a win-win! So glad it’s coming back🎉

You're absolutely right about this being the slow time of year in orlando. If your friends that are watching right now want the "slow" time of orlando now is the time! From the last week of April to the 2nd week of May is the primere slow weeks of travel in Orlando. Just a 😉 to the fans!

Just so people dont get confused, the electric vehicle chargers are destination chargers and not tesla super chargers. Destination chargers are much much slower but still nice to get free vehicle charging. We like that all universal hotels offer it free of charge.
Very happy to hear some of these changes. But like you I want classic hopping if I want to start at AK safaru when it opens then hit disney studios for tower of terror and then hit epcot for an early dinner and finish with fireworks. Generally my last full day to hit everything I love and not having to wait till 2pm. I have used the dinning plan and am anxious for it to be back just because budgeting is easier.
Paige also checked us in when we flew in from London last week. Such a great hotel and love the nods to music, including the faucet treble clef tabs in the bathroom. My husband and I will plan to be there early December. Thanks for sharing your experience 😊
Good video - pool hopping is something that we may consider, as is heading over to Hard Rock for food - which does look good! We will be staying at Cabana Bay, which is a 20 minute walk to Citywalk - so not sure there is much of an advantage in location for Hard Rock for someone who likes walking.

Congratulations! We’re staying at the Hard Rock in September for 16 nights and we received an email that the rooms are being renovated at that time. We stayed in 2019 and I agree the rooms were tired looking. Can’t beat the location it’s perfect.

Pool hopping is highly underrated. They have had this feature for years. It is never really advertised though.
