- In today's video it's our Epic Universal Orlando week and we begin by checking in at Universal's Aventura Hotel for a full detailed room & resort tour. This hotel is modern and stylish, it has a design that is vibrant, free-flowing and calming. It's literally the perfect place to chill and relax on your Universal Orlando vacation. There is a dedicated walking path from Aventura that takes you straight to Universal’s Volcano Bay. Plus, you’ll get the exclusive theme park benefits that come with being a Universal Orlando hotel guest, including Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter up to one hour before the parks opens for the day! I show you everything you need to know about this hotel such as all of the awesome food options, amenities, pools, restaurants, entertainment, perks and everything about the hotel rooms. And for dinner we check out the rooftop bar called bar 17 bistro. The next morning I head down to the urban pantry for breakfast and I give you my full review on our full stay. Dev, as the spouse of a newly handicapped husband, I really appreciate how you are pointing out the ramps and access. There's definitely a need for more videos for the different-abled guests. Last year we stayed at the Pop Century and one bed was too high to get into independently and the other required more reach, mobility and strength to pull down. It might seem like a small thing but it really put a damper on my husband's experience.

Dev, one of the best value resorts my family of 4 has ever stayed at. We went 2 days after Christmas and checked into the Kids SkyView room. This by far was the best rooms we have ever booked for the price and location. My kids were going crazy being able to see HogWarts castle and then fireworks at night. Check that room out next time you book, you will not be disappointed.

Loved the vid dev!! I'm staying at the Aventura for my birthday weekend in May! I was actaully deciding between Cabana Bay & Aventura but there was somethign about Aventura that I was attracted to more (and you defintely couldn't beat the fl resident prcing). I was excited then but seeing you video gets me even more excited 🤩 From all my life of living in south florida, i've never stayed on property at disney or universal so I was pumped that I finally get to but after seeing the vid, I'm more than ready for my birthday to come !!

Couldn't agree more with this video. My girlfriend and I booked a stay here a while back and loved the value. The best part is the walking distance to Sapphire Falls for the water taxies to the park, ad the restaurants at Sapphire Falls as well. Keep up the great content Dev! I always wondered if you could walk to sapphire falls and jump on the boat. I've stayed at falls a couple times but never Aventura.

This is our go to and most favorite resort!! We stay here now and travel to Disney, because they have the best price!!

I’ve been to cabana bay several years ago but am torn between the 2. It’s for my wife and I. No kids but we both appreciate the theming and amenities cabana bay offers
They each have their own pros and cons it’s a tough decision!
I’ve stayed at Endless Summer and Cabana Bay and both are BOMB on all accounts!

23:36 I’m parking my truck at the top of the parking garage in the background of your video🤣 I always wonder if I’m going to run into you at the parks and I never do 😂 I stayed at the hotel for three days and I will always go back to this hotel. Very nice and affordable, being so close to everything was the best part. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay !
Stayed here last summer for 2 days then went across the street for the rest of the week I loved the roof restaurant even saw a few fireworks from up there

Stayed here for a week during HHN last year and really enjoyed my stay. They had pizza available late at night during HHN which was nice to have something available to eat in your room after walking around the parks all night.

We stayed at Dockside this past weekend after staying at Surfside a few weeks ago. I loved both resorts! Now, Aventura is definitely next on the list! 👍🏽 Thanks Dev!
If you had to choose…which one did you like better, Dockside or Surfside?
@@deenikki9690 It’s hard to say because they’re so similar, but after thinking about it, Dockside was a tad bit cleaner, the lobby was very big and more elegant, with a lot of seating for eating, and our pool view was very nice. 😊
This is very helpful!! We are booked at Dockside but I love the modern look of Aventura! Aventura seems geared towards adults… lm traveling with a 13 & 14 year olds.
Extremely thinking about changing hotels.

Another killer video Dev. So many great Universal hotels to stay at, the hard part is which one. Would you be able to do a video about some great mom and pop breakfast places in and around Orlando. I know the convieneince of eating at the resort is nice. But when I vacation I like to support the local mom and pop restaurants? Thank you.

Thank you for reviewing this hotel! I've stayed at several Universal properties, but not Aventura so fat. I'm debating if my 5 year old daughter would like it there after staying at Cabana Bay several times, endless summer dockside and Sapphire falls 😊

Hey Dev will you do a review on the Top of the World Lounge when it reopens at Bay Lake Tower? I want to see if there are differences between before the pandemic and after? Ex. If you need to be staying at Bay Lake Tower to go up to it. Loving the content. You're always so thorough.

The robot is cool
We stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend and it was the best!! We had one of the family suite rooms at the top. The Florida resident discount was ridiculous and I think we paid $225. It had a king bed and a separator for the two kids beds plus a pull out couch and the entire room had windows across the whole side. Our view was of the entire parks plus we could see downtown. We are definitely staying there again. We loved it so much.

Hiya Dev. We stayed here a few years ago, and enjoyed it very much. It is smart and a good value. I did a video on my channel of the walk from there to the parks, speeded up. We also took the boat from Sapphire falls. Never a bus. You are much better getting the boat so you miss the security at the parks.

Hmm after watching this, I’m hoping I can resort hop from Cabana Bay to Adventura for a drink and dinner!😂 Bay Liner diner doesn’t look too appealing to me. Plus my daughter is a sushi lover. I’ll be staying here the next time we come down.
