This is not the music that makes you depressed. It’s the music that makes you understand you have depression. Once you understand the darkness and know it’s going to be your little friend for a while you learn to cope and accept it. Later it becomes a part of you, it hardens your armour and builds you stronger. It may darken your heart though you learn to move past it with some positivity. People wonder why your so hard when it comes to painful things and why you joke about it. Truth is what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Some people are built out of tougher rock. Some people will never understand this darkness and it will never be part of their lives so how could they ever understand.

Seether hit my soul hard. Every single song destroys my heart, my feelings. Their lyrics are so deep and dark, i feel 'em mine. The only band in the world that can seriously read my mind.
Right there with you
There's a new Seether song out!!
You got a gun baby us it on me
Seether is the best !!! But you need to listen to to “Whispering Wolf” by SLT……right away!!! Y’all missing out 🤘🎶🎧
Have you noticed how much Shaun Morgan can change his style and looks in a relatively short time and look like an entirely different person. Even his voice can change in an instant. Very versitile, very chameleonile. Lol. The last adverb isn't really a real word but it fits him.
The way he says "gun" is Cobain. But what's wrong with hearing Nirvana, Pearl Jam or even Creed "somewhere in there"? Seether is so awesome!
Sounds more like Soundgarden
@@Gabriel-cf7dp in a way
Sounds like a sequel to Come as You Are to me
@@shikarifox4337 the dirty chords in the breakdown always reminded me of the Nevermind album. especially the accepting vulnerability of Come As You Are. With a little Down in a Hole thrown in for flavor.
I hope I never hear creed when I listen to seether
when i was a kid i didn't really understand this song. now as an adult in a toxic relationship, i get it too well.
BRO I wish I had more people that felt the same way. Not that I want people to go through the same thing but man I understand exactly where you come from
Hold your head brother. If you have to leave the relationship to get yourself back you HAVE TO and that's something I've only just started to think more of
@@theloniouswolf6504 yeah, its one of those silver lining to every mushroom cloud type comforts, knowing others are suffering the same way. You wish it weren't so but shit, it's comforting to know you're not the only one who got sucked in by a narcissist, yea?
We got this, tho. Gonna be cathartic af to look back on this after i'm free. Hope you can experience that too.
This band stand tall & proud in the blocke
I listened to this alot during a break up. It sounds different to me now that that chapter of my life is done. Amen 💯 🙏🏼
I just heard this on the radio for the first time, I like it. I wish radio stations would stop playing the same old shit over and over
My favorite Seether song 🦾😎😎😎😎😎😎🦾😎🦾😎🦾
I haven't listened to enough songs. I now know i missed out!! Listening to a whole lot of songs today IM TOTALLY HOOKED. HE'S got an absolutely amazing voice. Love this band now❤❤. Im 55
The bridge in this song at 2:57 man, sooo damn good.
I have listened to this song literally hundreds of times no exaggerating, and i can and probably will listen to it for thousands of times and it hasn't and will not ever get old
Great song.....Not many bands are making music like this anymore.
TINGKING IN YOU
But Seether still is
@@matdobson621 It's not the same sound. Their new still is good tho but not like the old stuff
You should check out crobot they are dark and deep like this and they are a new band really ?
@@hailervin Haven't heard of them. Don't listen to much new stuff honestly unless it's an old band coming out with new stuff. There's a newish band called Red Sun Rising that's got a good sound. Check out Emotionless and Otherside. I'll check out that band also
Love this song
Песня просто огонь..... Seether, супер грнаж.... Молодцы пацаны!!!
A stalker broke into my home in the middle of the night. He stole nothing but he committed an unspeakable act at the threshold of my bedroom door watching me sleep. I take comfort knowing I'm not alone. Clearly this song was written from true experience. Thank you Shaun. ❤
This song just makes you think...
Its a perfect discription of struggling to wants and feelings that youll encounter in the world. I feel this on a way deeper level ❤
wow, I forgot how genuinely good this song is.
I remember when mtv started bleeping the word gun, and it almost led us to believe he says dick... o_O fucking mtv.
Lol , Daz very awkward
+xxdvallesxx lmaooo
+xxdvallesxx hahaha..oh my god
+xxdvallesxx Rofl.
thanks for the laugh! got a good one out of this
What happened to todays rock. This is awesome compared to today. Well there is still some good ones but this. This is my sh*t.
Evans Bost early 2000's music was the shit!!! I miss these newer bands don't know shit for music!! Yeah there might be a couple of bands out there with a couple of ok songs but nothing beats the music from the mid-90's to early/mid 2000's 🤘🏻
Evolution... The people who love the music of this era will loathe the music that comes out in the 2020's and 30's and will pine for Twenty-one Pilots, etc. The kids of the 20's and 30's will hate the 40's and 50's and will pine for whatever. Just the cycle of music. We always pine for the music of our era :(
Try Finnish.
Evans Bost yea alot of the new rock mainly screaming. This is when real talent existed. There are very few bands that are good anymore. That or I'm getting old
just2pissuoff354R amen.
I have always always loved Seether music and lyrics, I just turned 45 October 17, and the first song on my playlist is this song !!!!
One of the most under rated bands all time in my opinion.
Hello
There is something about this song,I can't explain it. I really feel it.
This is one of my favorite songs, thank you.
I can remember watching this video on fuse and mtv when I was like 14 I'm 34. Such a bad ass video and highly under rated song
I love this song. I can’t wait til aftershock I get to see seether for a second time. They were great the first time. I can’t wait.
It's 2020 and i still love all of their songs😍 #SeetherForLife❤
2022 💜🤘
2023 🎵 🤟
Love this song, especially the bass line and then the timing of the lead guitar guitar kicks in like 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽I really don't care for a lot of the "new rock" today. There are a few bands out there that are still bringing it but to me, groups like Seether, Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Staind (really miss them), Tremonti and Alter Bridge will forever rock my world❤️
That bridge at 2:56 is one of my favorite of all time. Simple but just hits so deep for some reason. Best part of the song.
This song is what got me into metal again , I absolutely love this song
Sure… but this isn’t metal.
@@guins99 Alr but if you look it up they do also fall under alternative metal & nu metal, ik this songs less of it but it was getting into their music then others
I listen to this song on repeat, words cannot express how this song just clicks in my brain
This song turned 18 years old yesterday... beautiful memories!!!!
so its legal now
good.

So many good songs from this band. My favorite from this era.
This song turned me onto this genre of music.. Seether is the best.. ❤❤
I love the vibe of this song, it's deep as to hurt and how intense bc of his love and desire is in a "kewl" descriptive way! I love this tune. Kick ass riffs and all that goes with it, hellz yeah rock that shit like you know how!!😎👏🤘🤘🎶🎶🎸🎸
This is something I like to call music first time I ever heard it I felt absolutely blown away by how dark and disturbing and yet somehow realistic it all was
Empecé a escuchar esta banda hace 4 meses y ahora no puedo parar, tremenda banda.
Right it helps a lot especially going thru stressful depression
This is so good but you must hear “Whispering Wolf” or “The Wave” by SLT 🐺🤘🎶
i miss this Seether days 😃
I found myself crying about my unexpressed emotions to laughing at Dale's hair in a heartbeat. I feel much better now.
My favorite video for years I watched it several times a day. The expression in Shaun's eyes bring me back over and over plus great content when you're pissed 💙🦋💙
good old seether...
My Hats off to your fucking awesome band. I haven't heard a song of yours that I don't dig. Peace and Much Love!!!!
43yrs old still top 5 greatest hits album of all time. Lead singer Shaun Morgan has a beer disterillery and one of his beers is made and named after his late brother who succumbed to alcoholism.
Um, isn't that... one of the worst ways to pay a memorance to some
one? You wouldn't get a tombstone made of crack for a crack head who died from an over dose?
Alcoholism? It was suicide
@@adamspitfire Maybe he killed himself off after drinking too much of a bad batch of his brothers brew.
@@Xander081987 he jumped off a ledge...
Old headbanger here just saw them at Louder than Life missed them in their prime but always love their edgy sound and vocals. Love me some Seether.
God I miss this music and the artist, bands and all the talented rock bands of the late 90s wary 2000s.
So in reverse it's the lead singer walking away from a explosion but he's so cool he still looks at it. Skill
The wonderful feeling of travel in time trough songs like these. Im feeling home, thank you.
I'm leaving this comment here so after a month or a year when someone likes it, I get reminded of this song ❤
Today is the day. :) You're welcome.
And i will be back next year sometime 🤙
boom
Então volte aqui meu camarada e ouça ❤
Still Badass song
0:40 lady on the left side
"Oh shit camera's rolling! Act tough act tough act tough... Pfft I can't hold it anymore" *smiles a little*
One of the best bands
Seether is life
Shaun Rocks 🤘💖😈💖🤘
i think this sounds very seether...
+Poison071 Fken amen this is Seether hate it when people go on about how Shaun sounds like Kurt ...Nirvana had it's heyday and i'm still a big fan but Seether doesn't fall into a category like grunge etc... They can do it all and lyrics wise i'm sorry All Apologies/Polly really lol
+Saron gass ikr its fucking annoying.
+Poison071 Probably because this is Seether... :)
Rory Grenade lol dude follow the conversation from the start then comment k :)
Craig Arnold Why are you offering ?....
The lyrics are AMAZING !!
Man this chorus is crazy lives in your head .. late to this track but this is great
I love this band. I’ve met them a couple of times and they are all decent and down to earth....and awesome with their sound checks and concerts! Love em!
One of the greatest all time bands out there.
1:26 GOD OF HAIRCUTS!
Ought to see a Static-X vid.
Nah just Goku SS mode..
He can swim and catch fish w/ that hair!
This is my favorite #Seether song it's so beautiful🌷
