Hello dear,I always believe in being systematic, organised and disciplined. But some of my friends use to criticise me for being so.They say you actually are a killer of your comfort, believe me since last two years you have motivated me that being organised is not only a virtue but a real pleasure in itself. My first comment on your channel. I have seen each of your video unlimited times and really love you and your approach.People like you should succeed so that others can get motivated too.love you from the bottom of my heart.

You can roast peanuts faster in a microwave. Add just a teaspoon of water in the peanuts and microwave them on high for around 4-6 minutes. Mixing them around every 1:30 min. They are uniformly roasted and much quicker

Using microwave for a long time is not healthy. Just to warm up food for one or two minutes is fine.

Nice video, I still simplify n make my cooking easy...like I put the toor dal in a kadai, fry a little n grind it n keep it in s bottle, whenever I need to prepare rasam , I just mix 2 spoons of this grinded toor Dal in water n add all other ingredients for rasam n in a minute it's ready with tadka upar...sometimes I mix this with the rasam powder with tamarind powder , little jaggery powder n store it ...just mix this 2 spoons in water , how much rasam u need, add kadipatha, green coriander, tadka n rasam is ready... u will be saving pressure cooking Dal n also it serves in when we are in hurry.

Hello Mam, I have learnt a lot from you..I have a small suggestion as I have observed some dirt particles in jaggery lumps, I melt it in some water and strain it after cooling to remove dirt.. then use it in items like kadha etc .. ( I prepare it in small quantities and store in fridge).. you can do the same for your little son if you find this beneficial.. stay happy..stay safe!
