It's amazing to see your metamorphosis....from a carefree young woman to a mature lady making the right choices in lif....truly inspiring to all the young ladies out there!! More power to you, Diya. May God bless you and your family.
You may add a tbsp of curd to the cream every day. That way, the cream will not smell, the butter milk will have a slight sour taste and the ghee taken out will smell nice.
Another tip for garlic peeling (learned from my mama), Take some mustard oil (sarson ka tail) and rub it on garlic cloves until all of them are lightly coated with it, then let them dry under the sun which usually takes 2ish days. Then just rub the cloves in your hands again, this will make the cover fall off them. Afterward, you can just refrigerate them in the freezer.
After boiling the milk, keep it cool and keep inside the fridge after 4 to 5 hrs fhick layer of malai to store for making ghee or butter🙂. U add some curry leaves sometime instead of coriander leaves its really tasty.

Hi ! Thanks. There are many recipe on the internet for healthy version of cakes. You can make cake out of atta and honey. I have that recipe in one of my old vlogs, I think. 🙂
@@AkshayVidwath It’s best to wash and then store them. But then if it’s washed, make sure the veggies are dry or else storing them without drying will only fasten the rotting process.
One tip: Technically we shouldn't cook and freeze and cook again. Extreme change in temperature will ruin all the nutrients. But if you are doing it then take the cubes out half n hr before cooking so it comes to room temperature. You can see tomato cubes giving off waves due to cold to hot directly.
Wow really love your vdos n ideas. Not much talk and attention seeking.. u won our heart with your amazing calm simply best presentation. Love you from qatar 🇧🇭
Yes my mother used to make tomato puree but not freezed.. I would suggest eat less if you can't afford but don't eat frozen food.. eat fresh as much as you can afford
This has helped me, I started this process after watching your previous videos and it’s a blessing. Time saver and I enjoy cooking now . In addition to this I also store Palak making purée just like tomato. storing leafy veg was a issue for me always and this saved it from getting rotten…..Pls keep sharing more of such videos. Hey... How long can you store homemade butter? Btw you can use silicone baking cups for your cupcakes. It saves you money for long term and also decrease the amouth of waste 😊
Once someone started watching your video and there is no going back .. I am someone😂😍 weather someone apply it in the kitchen or keep the tips in mind watching your videos is so satisfying love from UP❤

Hi Diya.. Ur videos are all so useful and relaxing.. I like them all.. Can you do a video on how you delegate the house work between you and your house help. Because I find it difficult to do that. Think it will be helpful for many out there.
Hi Diya. May I know which milk app you use?. Your storage ideas are really good for a busy schedule. If you don't mind, I have a suggestion.I work on this area, research says that storage decreases the nutrient content of any food. Better to use fresh except sometime when it's unavoidable.
Hey Dia, you have showed that you have stored lime with water in an airtight container! My question is do you change the water daily? Or how often do you change the water for the stored lime?
Hiii Diya...ur efforts r really appreciable 😍🥰....love ur ways and tips...will try these coz this helps in time management and non wastage of things we buy ...thanks dear ...god bless u and ur family ❤️
One suggestion...whenever u boil the milk after use keep it inside the refrigerator and in the evening remove the milk and immediately remove the cream for storage..this way u will get thicker cream and in good quantity

One tip for you diya....just boil milk in morning ...when it cools keep it in refrigerator .....then again boil milk in evening....as again to room temperature and again keep it in refrigerator....at night take out of refrigerator and seperate the malai/butter with spoon..you will get the butter more thicker....just try it and see...you will observe the difference

Its true...my mom also do this
But not add everyday...add a tbsp of curd to the cream only one time..
And with that sour buttermilk one can make kadhi easily.
I don't add curd every day but only once.

Nice tips👍🏻 you don’t need to refrigerate tomatoes, they stay well at room temp for many days
Not really. Don't know where you live, but in hot temperature in Indian summers, it will go on ripening and spoil in a few days in room temperature.
Even i use to store tomatoes out side not in fridge
