I would like to add one small tip to store lemon for longer than 15 days at least for a month: keep lemon in freezer for 15 minutes then Apply coconut oil on lemon and then keep it in a normal container wrapped in a tissue paper or paper napkin..it will never get dry at least for a month..trust me it works..I tested it myself 👍

One small suggestion. The Tupperware container that you showed in this vedio is only for dry storage purposes (smart storer).if you put in fridge seals will peal. So should not use in fridge. For fridge storage Fridge smart, cool n fresh and Keep tab are very useful products. I am a Tupperware consultant. So that I told. Otherwise you are always my favourite youtuber. Your cleanness and well organisation is inspiring me a lot. Thank you

I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this video! I'm getting pet guinea pigs in the far off future, and the only thing that's been worrying me is how to store their vegetables. I couldn't make sense of any of the guides or videos I saw online till I found this video here - very easy to understand, no unnecessary talking, just straight to the point. I also love that you showed different methods for different vegetables - all in all, a really helpful video!

I wrap my vegetables including leafy vegetables in a thick layer of newspaper and then fit it tightly in plastic bags and keep in the fridge. This saves space and I keep a piece of each veggies on top of the newspaper to know what is in each packet. Also I change the newspaper when it becomes little wet. Like this I can store vegetables for a long time. I wash them before using.

Love your organisation videos, calms up my OCD.
Sharing how I store some veggies fresh for long, they help me later in meal preps as well - hope it helps everyone:
    1) Ginger - grate & sun dry, store for up to 6-9 months, I use this grated version for my daily tea in the morning.
    2) Tomato & Onions - I make big batches over weekends, by cooking chopped onions and tomatoes with only turmeric in a masala consistency & freeze the mixture in air tight container or in cubes. Since most of Indian cooking require it daily, I simply use it & add other spices basis what I am cooking. In this way, it can be kept for upto 3-4 months. I use canning methods if I want to keep tomatoes only.
Tip - For small items like green chillies, berries, etc. when storing in small containers apart from paper towels one can put toothpicks also to get rid of moisture.

    Excellent ideas and presentation.
Many of the other Indian home making videos are based blindly on copying ideas from international market in that genre,
but here you have adapted those to suit Indian needs properly without going overboard.
IMHO except for cling-wrap and paper towel use which can be easily replaced by cotton napkins or thin cloths, all the ideas are superb.

Too many boxes. Can’t accommodate in my fridge. This is applicable only for a big fridge side by side fridge.

Very useful information. I'm also purchasing veggies in bulk from last year due to pandemic. But some of them rot or dry. Keeping lemons fresh for long is a big challange.
