  • Connor Bedard's forearms are jacked, and his grip strength is probably a big reason he has an elite shot at just 17 years old.

    I used to be a roofer and my forearms were like solid muscle. A lot of those exercises shown you actually naturally do when roofing believe it or not

      For sure. Any hands on labor type job is awesome to grip strength.

    I was mind blown when he did his weigh in and I saw his muscles closer. That’s mad muscle for someone his age. He’s a little beast 👹🏒
    I like throwing in finger/hand strengthen tools too, I’m a goalie though but it’s helpful for anyone who plays.

    That slow mo, with his top hand curl and how tight he pulls it to his body. Crazy technique

    I think we can just stickhandle with a wooden stick to get some forearms. 😁

  • @sabres_fan7467
    @sabres_fan7467 Год назад

    Forearm strength has nothing to do with shot strength, even in the slow mo you can clearly see he is getting power from the flex of his stick, which is caused by his Tricep on his lower and and bicep on upper. Spend your time practicing technique and getting the most out of your flex👍

    Well, I believe he's quite short! It says 5 10 but I doubt it. He looks more like 5 8. Mu cousin is like 5 8 and jacked. Plus, he never has eaten fast food. I mean live a little man. You're doing fine in the NHL. You have a great physic.
