So, these or the Rukka Apollos... which would you recommend? Based on price alone, I would go for the Rukka, but not having seen them in the flesh, I'm curios if the price difference is justified.
Both are excellent, but the Dainese gloves offer a bit more flexibility. I feel the Dainese gloves are worth the price, but it is hard to deny the value of the Rukkas. -DrewZilla
How would these hold up for year round riding in North Carolina? Where we might only see a few weeks down in the 20's and 30's and that's at the coldest part of the night. Typically high 30's or warmer riding.
If you ride a fully-faired bike with really good wind protection for your hands and body, these might be ok for that colder weather. Otherwise, these are for spring, summer, and fall only. -DrewZilla
Hi there. I have these gloves and they are great for anything between 5-25c. They are warmer then you would expect and perform really great also in rainy weather. They are my best go to glove and I would recommend them to anyone who can still find them. Especially if you find them on sale like I did. If I had to say some negatives it would be that the lining is not stitched or glued so then taking the glove off you have to be careful not to pull the lining together and also they have slightly longer fingers than any glove I have tried ever and I have slim long fingers but still there is a small gap in every finger. So you loose little feeling but your fingers will never feel uncomfortable after many hours of traveling. If you are thinking about them go for it and you won’t regret.
The Universe Gloves provide a bit more protection on the back of the hand with the leather construction, but they aren't insulated for cold weather like the Scout 2 Gloves. As such, the Universe Gloves give you more feel at the grips at the expense of the insulation. If you need warm weather waterproof gloves, get the Universe Gloves. If you need cold weather gloves, get the Scout 2 Gloves. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-universe-gore-tex-gloves *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-scout-2-gore-tex-gloves
No, these are not insulated, so they are designed for warmer weather rain riding. Consider our selection of winter gloves. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/winter-motorcycle-gloves
What would you recommend, scout 2 or universe? I wanted to buy this one, but is out of stock in every store in the planet x_x
Is good for summer? (25/35 C)

@@RevZilla awesome, thanks for the response. I guess I'll be going with the Scout 2 then!
You're welcome!
Will these gloves be good for spring? (from 10 degrees Celsius)
