Thx for sharing, i have nissan patrol gq 1988 and I have strong noise on the right side (driver side) when i turning left im not sure where that's noise come from, I took it to my mechanic many times and he replaced alot of thing sawybar, full body mount, all shocks ... and that's noise still do it and becoming more in raining weather and I told my mechanic many times to replace the rod bar he said don't need ,so i I just need to ask do you have this noise problem ? And the rod bar can do this problem if it loose ? My nissan patrol never been off road ,and do you recommend someone at Sydney great mechanic for nissan patrol .thx
hey I'm happy you like it. yeah if there loss they can make noise just grab the bar and try to rotate it if its really easy or slops about you need new ends, also look at pan hard bushing witch is the rod that goes from diff to body just look at the rubber ends if there torn you might need new ones, radius arm bushing and front steering arm same thing all of these items can make really bad noise in the front end when turning. my issue when i turning hard it feels like the front wheel is skipping is my body mounts
Just a heads up. That bars in the wrong way. The bolts on the rod ends should be facing backwards. Could foul out if facing forward
Thank you, wish I new this before haha it hit and bent the shock threads
@@ktshellboy Spewin mate. I guess it’s a case of live and learn sometimes. I know the feeling.
Did it fix the bouncing and skipping that the front left wheel was doing?
It helped a little but i found out the body mount was shot and that was making the front end feel like it was bouncing
