The best part about the pootrol (cruiser owner here, gota have a dig😁) is you've built it! Makes it mean SO MUCH more to own and drive! The thing I love about you guys is that you don't bash them up a track just to get there, you drive them with respect for the cars and tracks.
I own a pooey and also call them pootrols😂
Yeah these boys are drama free 😎
The 4wd / Adventure community salutes you both. Picking up after others, respectful use of the tracks, and some genuinely good wholesome content to top it off.
That right there, is how you motivate others to get out there and be better humans than those before them.
Well done gentlemen. I’m excited to see your next shenanigans!
Cheers mate, yeah it's a good habit to get into, just a little bit can make a huge difference!
Patrol has a better LSD than the Toyota, would have helped heaps
It was great to see you guys back on the tracks and particularly leading by example when you had to pickup someone else’s garbage it can’t be said enough! 👍
Agreed, we gotta keep it clean or the fun police will end up taking our tracks away.
The Patrol, Cruiser thing reminds of Ford, Holden. Tribal passion over a split hair and personal preference 😂😂😂
Bloody good on ya for picking up the trash from the grubs. Last camp trip I was on I brought home some Navara parts that were dumped. The only upside is that the Navara owner clearly copped karma as his rig was missing bits.
totally agree with you about taking rubbish with you, people need to be educated on the whole take nothing but photos leave nothing but foot prints otherwise we won't have places like this to emjoy. Rubbish is the main reason places are being closed to the public so take it home with you or at least find a bin on the way !
100%
I don’t take rubbish with me lol. I bring it back.
Really good trick with that bead separation technique.
Great video and I can't help but smile at how far you blokes have come over the last few years. Thanks for cleaning up. We've all got to do our bit so we're not locked out of these beautiful places.
Things aren't so crook in Tallarook.
That's it mate, Cheers for watching!
Liam / Pattie, this is the last channel I'd ever expect to select for cooking lessons.
When the ribs were produced I thought to myself, nah, I wouldn't have selected them but Liam, you taught me a lesson on Rib prep, removing the layer of sinuous tissue prior to cooking, never knew that.
Thats a primary learning right there, thanks dude.
(Primary lesson on Prime Ribs) 😂
Explains why they are better when we dine out over my efforts previously.
Earnt yourself a credit 👏👏👏👏
Well done cleaning up after other peoples idiotic behaviour. ✊ I don't know why so many still don't get it - people, take your rubbish with you. As you've shown, it's not hard to do. Looks like you two are slowly building yourselves some very capable rigs. Another top notch episode. Thanks fellas 👍
YES! I’ve been waiting for this content for a year now. THE GOATS are back
Hahaha cheers Joseph!! Can't wait to do more of these!
This video is so well done! Did you see the gnarly track going up the other side of Mount Hickey? there's a good camp spot there too.
You absolutely nailed that cook boys! The Patrol is looking mint too. Smashed those tracks
You beauty boys. The patrol making it look so easy. The old 80 cheering along to. I just got back from 2 days camping myself. Can't wait for the next adventure
Plates up food: "people are going to think we're rich or something" haha love it fellas
Cripes boys, what a trip.
Thankyou for demostating to grubs how easily their bad habits can be turned around, bend down, clench, lift, drop again BUT into a container that goes out with them.
Liam, how proud you must be, you'd land yourself a prime roll at Toyota Head Office teaching them how to create a flexing 79 series, haha.
Your GQ easily outwheel any 79, isn't that a sad fact 😢, joyous for you though 😊.
Grab yourself a set of ICheck tyre deflators, quicker than ARB tyre deflator & more compact to carry.
Again, thankyou for wholesome entertainment, Wealie.
Noice Work Boys !!!!
I've Missed the Aussie Arvos Team !!!!
Love'd it, Grrrrrrrrrr8, 4x4 ing Boys !!!!
Patrol was definitely the star of the show!been waiting for the video for so long…..think you boys earned the build not bought stickers unlike some people.
How good is the view awesome 👌 video guys
Thanks Leighton, was an awesome spot!
YES !!!! Been waiting ages for this !!! Greetings from South Africa
Nice work gents. Good not see too much advertisement of products. Sometimes we just want to see 4wding and camping.. the ribs looked pretty good.. looking forward to more trips.
My new favorite 4wd channel!
Awesome bush fix for the dirt in the bead!
Everything about this vid is good. The wheeling, the food, gorgeous camping, seeing you lads really enjoying the vehicles you've put so much time into, love it.
Great vid fellas. Patrol looks the goods, cruiser looks a bit heavy with the touring set up on those technical tracks.
Shit yeah! You 2 young fellas clearly enjoy each other's company and successes. You're both going to have some priceless memories to look back on, when you eventually get old (like me). JT from Kalamunda WA.
Loved how you left the mrs at home and spent some quality time with your brother and made a wicked video, good on yas
Awesome video weight obviously the key here. Like to see a recap once the patrol got a canopy. Keep it up boys
It's great to see how the Trol came up. And on a realistic budget that the average bloke can relate to. It actually inspired me to give mine a makeover.
Now yous just need to get up to Cape York, and let me know when you do so I can tag along.
Great to see you back on the tracks. Keep that entertainment coming.
Thanks mark!
@@AussieArvos Do you think in 2024 the Patrol will get the front axle locked ?
Those ribs looked so good!
We also went to the Adelaide 4x4 adventure show. There was so much stuff theyn. So many boats. So many cars. So many accessories. So many caravans, campers. Funny thing that happened that day. We went to two Suzuki dealerships to test drive the jimneys then after that we went home, caught the train to the 4wd show. At about 3:00 in the afternoon we walked across the road to the local hotel opposite the showgrounds ( big horse races that day) then out of the blue my wife said for an extra 12 to 15 thousand dollars we can get a much bigger car. We were torn between two cars we seen at the show but decided on the Nissan Warrior. SL spec!! We pick it up tomorrow. This weekend went out. Brought some small accessories, recovery kit, air compressor - dashmat. 😞 We have never driven a 4x4 before. I have got no idea how to use a diff lock low gear turn traction off. Let the air out the tires. It's going to be a massive learning curve. I did like your LA Hughes 4x4 park. We might go there. Or even try to find a 5 to 10 km dirt road to try a few buttons out
Cooking part is the bomb!!! So good !!!!!
Its funny i keep watching these and wondering when ill run in to you guys at patrolapart 😂.
Love the content keep it up.
You'll see us down there 😂
Good to see you young blokes having a go....and you don't have to beat the shit out of you truck (like some other channels) to have a good time. (not everybody has a pocket full of money for repairs...).
great stuff, that patrol is a beast all it needs are diff lockers
Great one boys. Looked like some great wheeling and camping. 👍
You should consider running the stumpy TR412 snap-in valve stems in your rims. Much less likely to get wiped out or ripped off in mud holes & rocks. You can get an emergency valve stem kit that can be put in from the outside without the need to remove the tyre which could be handy as you do a fair bit of heavy duty four wheel driving.
Hey boys
Absolutely love the video I keep going back to it month after month
Also where exactly was that camp spot you guys were at that was absolutely spectacular
😱 Liam Don't Scratch The Duco 🇦🇺 Aussie On Keep On Trucking 🛻 Guys 👍🏻👍🏻
What track is it on ?
Patrick, the cabin POV looks way more presentable now since you did the interior upgrade. Good work.
Yess!!!! Finally ! Go the Patrol!! Congrats!! 🏞️🛻📹😎🤙
I love my 80, but dude that Patrol looks beautiful❤❤
And yes thank you for cleaning!! Overlander rule, leave the place always cleaner then you find it!! It's not a big deal to take it with you after your party.
Respect to Earth and Wildlife is not a lot asked!!
Glad you're finally back out on the tracks. Looking forward to watching the next video
Thanks lads. Cheers
Once i caught my dad watching you guys and I was hey that’s my favourite 4x4 channel and he laughed 😂
Great video and well done to you guys cleaning up, I always have to bring a bag with me these days, hate to see it ruined like that. 10:13 think you need a drop pin for that one, that is a ripper spot
Good honest video , well done fellas !
One of your best vids yet and how well did the patrol go ...Awesome well done Guys. Loving the series.
One thing you could do with all that flat estate is make a removable camper unit. A light box (alu and foam with plastic siding) that allows you to sleep in a nice spot. In US and even here in Europe, using Japanese mini-trucks is a new trend, i've seen quite a few with this. When you need it, you plop it on and whenever you want a bed, you just put it on the side of the property.
26:48 that was wild. Great driving and spotting.
Good idea with the driving onto the log to get into the bead but using a high lift jack and place the tyre under your tray or bullbar and use the jack's baseplate to push the tyre down or even off the bead ring works in a controlled manner.
great vid guys
rigs going well
Where is Dan these days?
You did an awesome Job on your Patrol Liam 👌🏻, keen to see it out on some trips 👍🏻, Keep up the good work Legends.
You said the fridge will run eight days but more importantly the stereo run time, kinda cranked up 😅 ? You do such great work and i hope to see you more often ...as I've said before...we love you!!!
Awesome work on the GQ Liam she looks bloody wicked. . Get some lockers in it one day and get even bigger grinning action will be a beast👍👍
Great video! That's a very neat patrol mate. Thinking of getting a patrol like yous and doing the same conversion, absolutely beauty! Not a big Land Cruiser fan though and only watching because of the patrol.
Really happy for ya progress with ya channel guys! And also now that you have a few sponsors behind ya aswell! 😎👍
Awesome episode guys! Love watching your off-road adventures to see your rigs in action. Really inspires me to get out there too.
The smile on Liam face is priceless.
Sick video !
Keep up the great work fellas 👍👍👍
There are still some hidden hard gems in that forest 😉
Get a set of tyrepliers and as a bonus if you are unlucky enough to damage a valve stem or a rim you can dismount the tyre if needed
No front locker ? No worries. Use the foot brake !Most braking is on the front at least 60-70% so not going to stop you much except the wheel spin.
Great flick boys . Put an auto locka in the front of the gq mate , best value traction youl ever get and a good content addition to the channel . Real easy to fit . youl find one cheap on market place if ya look . mine was 250 bucks brand new .
Set of 4.6 diff ratios would do that ute wonders
Great video guys, really enjoyed it 👍👍
Thanks mate!! :)
always the best sunday viewing..
Good to see Liam’s patrol out on the tracks, can’t wait to see what canopy and mods he adds as well..
Great episode. Rigs are looking great. Freshened up Patrol is looking boss!
👍👍im a 80series lover , but gee you're done a fantastic job on that patrol and the back tray and them flares look killa great design 👏 hope the future canopy is painted white too , id be proud to be seen it 👍
Well done, for both vehicles and you too. Was a nice camping night.
Sweet video boys. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Kevin!
Thanks Guys, enjoyed the video ! Great camping spot. Keep em coming . 👍👍🍻🍻
Might have been easier to winch that rock out of the way using a pulley off a tree on the side of the track
Happy trails, Cowpokes
It's good to see you boys back out hitting the tracks.
Just curious though, I thought beadlocks were illegal.
For some unknown reason they have not been approved as road leagal aus wide.
I personally think they are safer then standard wheels.
But who am I to say haha.
Its one of those grey areas. There is nothing to say they are illegal, or legal.
Therefore, in my opinion only, they are ok to use. A bit like spring spacers. If a cop tried to put me off the road for having them, i would challenge him to show where it is legislated that they are illegal. He wouldnt be able to.
@grunkalunka3449 No, its not a grey area. They are mot approved so therefore, they are mot legal.
I also note that Aussie Arbos did mot reply to my question as they know it is not legal.
@@allanpower8041 yea. Its a strange one. I know i said i would challenge the cop, but would probably loose the court case.
I think Liam`s Patrol looks wider and lower and looked much more balanced? Harder spring? Patrick`s Toyota is heavier and also top heavy and I can see rocking side by side a lot. Patrol driven like a Uber driver in the bush! But If it was fully loaded then maybe more difficult? Cruiser and Patrol looked totally different suspension setup! I wont be taking my Defender there as I can see myself stuck.
Well done Gentlemen , on cleaning up the mess left by those selfish lazy grubs.
Job well done.
Loved seeing the the pure joy on your faces.
Thank you for all your hard work and effort you put into your channel.
Keep up the good work.
Awesome stuff, can’t wait to build another rig
Great video and great PATROL 💪🏽
Great video there guys.
I hope you have had an awesome time traveling together.
From, William.
Great video guys!! love ya channel
I love your patrol it looks so good and works even better
awesome episode, love seeing your built in action ...
Yess
The Toyota LC definitely needs some love and some modern accessories and gears, mate. For eg. The front bumper is ancient, it took all the beauty of LC away with it. No offense mate, but that's the reality of your 4wd conditions. The Nissan is recently rebuilt and has today's technology in it like the Bead lock capable alloy rims, new bumper, new headlights etc. In my humble opinion.
You have built an absolute machine there mate, well done. The patrol looks good, it sounds good and it wheels as good as it looks. Come on Patty you can't let a nissan put ears on a toyota! 😆Great to see both of you back on the tracks again!
Great episode guys you should take a trip to Bendleby Ranges in the Southern Flinders epic 4WDriving you will have a great time hit Tyler Thompson he has just been there and let me know I will come to the tracks are epic and fantastic scenery 😎 cheers legends ☺️
Great video guys it’s awesome to see you back on the tracks 🤙🏽
Also your video editing skills are on point 💯
Thanks mate! Means alot!!
Awesome job picking up rubbish, what was the name of the camp sites you guys stayed at, would love to get out there and check it out
Good to see you boys back at it! 👌
Cheers Mitch!!

Thanks mate! it was an awesome little trip! cheers
Good effort by both of you.
