Kars being able to survive for a year without eating or drinking isn't actually that crazy. He has the biological data of all living things on Earth, and some lizards can survive on just three meals per year, plus plants photosynthesize, so Kars can probably do photosynthesis too and survive on just sunlight (which would be pretty ironic, as sunlight was once his primary weakness).

Except for the fact cell can vaporise kars with his more powerful ki attacks and its impossible for kars to regen from literally nothing. If you take cells personality and intelligence into the equation he'll let kars hit him and get free zenkais while regerating to then be able to one shot him, kars can't absorb him as cell can very easily vaporise him by using a ki barrier and there's no proof kars can copy alien DNA and powers. So essentially kars will get steamrolled no matter what he does because he can't actually counter cell in any way, shape or form. The only way he'll win is if he goes for his strongest hamon attack right off the bat but again this is kars and he'll wanna test his powers against something that'll adapt to his attacks, thus resulting in a loss.
Big Nigga ye they are pretty hot cause goku once reflected freiza’s beam and his hands was burning and he was going “hot! hot!” while dude is perfectly fine fighting in a active volcano. Note: goku did go a long way from that fight and at his highest fighting point he isn’t fazed by being in the lava of an active volcano so I don’t know if we can take this in account
I think one main thing we forgot about Kars is that he learns very fast. He managed to master Hamom just from seeing it, so it probably possible for him to copy Cell’s skills and techniques just from seeing it and use it against him
I mean, one thing to consider with Hamon is that he had many encounters with Hamon users prior to become ultimate, so he probably had a lot of time to analyze the technique and understand how it worked. We don't know for sure how quickly he could analyze brand new techniques, though I wouldn't be surprised to see him master Ki control with enough time

Kar's light blades are confusing but from what I'm understanding, he can kill people through walls by firing piercing light at them via blades.

Honestly, the only way I see Kars winning is if Cell brags about how he can only be killed if his core was destroyed. Then the plan would be to surround Cell with a ton of minuscule insects or ,if you want to scrap the headcanon limits, even bacteria. The point is that something so little and pointless that not even Cell could find it. Then when he is completely surrounded, make the insects or the bacteria or whatever, transform into bombardier beetles and just blow him up. If that doesn't blow the core, then Kars has just seconds to try to destroy it himself. That was just my two cents on how Kars would have won, still I think Cell has more resources and attributes that can make him the winner way easier than Kars. Edit: Read the comments, it was interesting to see your take on the fight. As a DB fan, I never bought the regeneration from any single cell, nor that the core was on the head. Mostly because the Cell Jrs didn't got completely obliterated, they just got punched or sliced, and they're copies of Cell. I think that Cell is just skilled enough to protect he's core from most damage and that's why he didn't die from either Goku's Instant Kamehameha or blowing himself up.

Remember Kars can just copy Cell’s DNA, giving him the saiyan boost and enhanced healing. The DNA Kars has is just boosted to heal faster, and with Namekian DNA Kars would be unstoppable. Kars is a quick learner and will easily copy Cell’s techniques one way or another. Also any techniques Dio used without The World are techniques Kars could use. Remember Vampires are just weaker Pillarmen. Cell would die horribly in this fight, and if Kars wanted he could just rip off his arm and create a Cell clone to fight for him. The only advantage Cell has is the fact that he can breathe in space because of Frieza’s cells. Even then Kars could just copy that. There is nothing Cell could do to beat Kars. The only way is if Cell had something like candy beam or Dabura’s stone spit.
Damon Lucitor except a MASSIVE majority of Cell’s DNA ISN’T from Earth. Kars is only capable of copying things from Earth, such as Hamon and the animal kingdom. Cell has the DNA of Piccolo (an alien, Vegeta (an alien), Goku (an alien), and Frieza (Also, an alien). Kars wouldn’t be able to copy anything from Cell because it isn’t from Earth. Kars wouldn’t be able to copy regeneration since that’s a part of Piccolo, who is a Namekian so he isn’t from Earth. He wouldn’t be able to copy Cell’s Saiyan cells since Saiyans aren’t from Earth. Kars can copy EVERYTHING that is from Earth, but he can’t copy anything from other planets since he isn’t even shown to do that at all.

Kars is pretty strong when I think about it, I mean, he could do so so so much in terms of sneak and surprise attacks. Kars Shooting parts of himself everywhere is really strong, so imagine this: they are both exhausted, and suddenly, something bursts from cells body, because he left a part of himself on cell during the fights. I believe Cell wins if we go especially based on how strong cell is for equalized stats. Eventually, whether accidentally or because it seems itd be the only feasible thing Cell could do, Kars would be knocked out of orbit. This would especially be the case if we're talking just a shear deathmatch. If cell was brought down to Kars level, I'm not entirely certain.

Shadow wins because he's as fast, if not faster, than Sonic. Sonic has been stated to be faster than sound and other times he's faster than light. I've seen power scales of Shadow that puts him at Planet, Star, Galaxy, if not Universe Level (in terms of power). Shadow should be able to beat Kars; however Kars is smarter, has Hamon as hot as the sun, and access to the line of evolution.
I still think that Kars can learn the basics of Ki control pretty quickly. It took him what, a few seconds to learn all of human language(s), and fighting styles? I think the longer the battle goes, Cell would get stronger, but Kars would quickly close the difference in ability to shoot energy beams and combat other abilities. Alternatively/additionally, would he have the JORGE JOESTAR novel Ultimate Stands? Also, couldn't Cell potentially absorb any life form that Kars detaches from himself, gaining its energy, if not its abilities.
there are three things to consider here: cell can NOT get progressively stronger throughout the fight, saiyans (and therefore cell) only get stronger when they recover from a near fatal injury. secondly: upon reaching his perfect form, cell looses to ability to absorb other life forms. third: cell doesn't have hamon, so as soon as cell throws a punch and touches kars, kars would just eat him and win.

Sayians in DBs are stated SO many times to get stronger during battle, especially in the TopP where Goku not only trough Zenkais but also fighting, got quantifiably thousands of times stronger. If not he got as strong as Android 17 in base, 17 could fight with Goku and VEgeta gainst Jiren competetively and because Androids dont get tired that would make base Goku at the end of ToP Blue kaioken times 20 lvl just troughout 48 minutes.
It doesn't particularly always go that way. There are a lot of characters that would get their asses beat by Batman if you brought them down to his level. Hell a lot of characters in Dragon Ball would lose to Master Roshi if you nerfed them to his level because he's still one of the greatest martial artists in the universe, but is held back by being a human.

I’d argue that Cell’s regeneration alone makes him too much for Kars to deal with. We’ve never seen Kars regenerate at a level close to perfect Cell, and Kars really doesn’t have a way to fully vaporize Cell. Even with ki, Kars isn’t trained in any focused blast like a kamehameha that could defeat Cell’s regen. This was an obvious one tbh.
Also it should be taken into account that Cell can survive in the vacuum of space due to Freeza's cells. Kars can't so he can simply blow up the earth and then it's GG.

Damn, as much as I love Kars and how I'd like him to win, he can't beat a planet buster that can survive in space and regenerate from a single cell nucleus. The damage that the DragonBallZ characters can inflict is just too great. Cell could just, carry him into space and thats game.

The biggest disadvantage Cell has is that Kars Has a much higher Intelligence level compared to Cell which will go a LONG WAY at the beginning of the fight, giving Kars time to try and copy Cell. Cell would most likely also be at the disadvantage when the fight starts as Kars' fighting styles are very different to what he has seen before. The most important thing to note is that Cell could LEARN Kars moves if he used his SELF DESTRUCT, (as seen with the Instant Transmission.) Overall, I feel like this fight would MOSTLY be a tie/even match until Cell has had enough. On one last note Cell would probably not use his full power or even Super Saiyan when the fight starts, Cell is so arrogant that he would most likely go in at low power. That is all I have to say about this, overall, I think Cell Wins after a drawn out fight.

Cell is a being that has all the DNA and experience fighting people while kars has 0 experience whatsoever. Even at even strenght kars is way to inexperienced to do anything against cell, this has been shown very well in jojo when he got defeated.

Its also possible that if kars got his hands on cells genetic code he could use it to his advantage, which would make the battle much more interesting, perhaps allowing for kars to literally just atomize cell using his own attacks on a higher level or even use KI in ways that cell doesnt know of.
I think there’s two outcomes, depending on which Kars you use. With Cell vs. Part 2 Ultimate Kars, there might be a way for Kars to win if he acts fast enough and/or takes in Cell’s DNA, but it’s mainly going to be Cell. If we’re talking about Jorge Joestar Kars vs. Super Perfect Cell, there’s only four words to sum up the fight: Gold Experience Requiem Ultimate. Or D4C: Love Train Ultimate. Being able to copy lifeforms is one thing, but having the Stand abilities of every Stand user, especially the abilities that make him nigh invincible on top of his whole “can’t die” schtick, truly makes him the ultimate lifeform.
I would honestly give this victory to Kars. We all know how powerful Cell is. That is something most won't forget. The problem to that is while both of them are arrogant, but Kars has no problem taking a cheap victory. Kars can never get tired and cannot die, but Cell can get tired and die. While Cell has enough power to destroy the planet and solar system, he wouldn't go that far if he was pushed to that level of desperation, fear and anger. If Kars managed to cut off one of Cells arm and absorb it, Cell would let him do it to test his power. He is that arrogant. Some would say Cell is made up of extraterrestrial dna, so it wouldn't be possible. I think it is possible because Cell does have human dna, and he is the ultimate life form. He has all the dna of every living being, and outperforms them. Him absorbing Cell arm would take some time, but he can pull it since his body is on a completely different level of species, and his massive intelligence with thousands of years of living and experience. The crazy thing is, Cell would still let him do it. He let Z-Fighters train for a week to have the perfect challenge. So he would let that happen to get that perfect challenge from Kars. The only way I can see this happening if Cell just blows up the planet without that care of a perfect challenge, survives in space and sees Kars turn to stone, and destroy said stone. Kars won't be dead, but his body would everywhere. If not, then it's just who can outlasts and get the upper hand on one another. Kars win.
Don’t forget Kars got EVERY ability when he used the stone mask, that means he was more than likely got a stand ability and if he got Hamon 10,000 times stronger then Joseph’s Hamon at the time that means his stand would of been insanely powerful

cell looses this fight every time unless cell is can somehow figure out that he needs to use a ki-blast to shoot kars out into space, without the making physical contact.
I started thinking about the fight, (Agree Cell takes this, You'd have to seriously stack the deck and wildly speculate to give Kars a chance.) But I think it would make an even better TFS Cell vs. episode. Specifically, Kars falls from space and lands next to Cell's arena. He regenerates from being a space rock, and then just lays there because he stopped thinking.
Still think there's a decent chance that with chi manipulation being a basic skill for some species such as saiyan and with kars' intelligence that he might be able to learn that as well

Well he can obtain Cell's DNA, which at least sayian dna is similar enough to human dna to produce viable offspring. How would he obtain Cell's dna? Well, with how the mitochondria was obtained, or by an incredibly rare process in nature that bacteria sometimes do that adds the dna of their food to them. But, since Kars has such control he can purpously make this event occcur either way.
Kars is completely immortal if I recall correctly, so the only way to defeat him is to render him helpless like Joseph Joestar did, or banish him to another realm like what the Z fighters did to Garlic Jr. who was also immortal. Cell can only be defeated if you destroy every cell in his body. They also both have a ton of abilities like Kars can literally create new life, not just kill. Ultimately yes I do think Cell would probably win because Kars has no way of destroying every cell, whereas all Cell has to do is either blast Kars out into the void of outer space or destroy the Earth or whatever other planet they are fighting on. But just to be clear, Kars would not die, he would just lose the fight. There is also the option of Cell defeating Kars the way Garlic Jr. was defeated. As far as how Kars could defeat Cell, well he could get Cell to self-destruct for an easy win, or get Cell vaporized by throwing him directly into the Sun, but it would be difficult for Kars to pull off the move of throwing Cell into the Sun and keeping Cell from changing his course. The main advantage Cell has over Kars is Cell can still function and fight in outer space while Kars is rendered useless in space. And Cell would have a much easier time than Joseph Joestar at getting Kars into outer space. But honestly I think the video exaggerates Kars’s weaknesses, Kars is pretty strong and impossible to fully defeat unless you wished away his immortality with the Dragon Balls or something like that. Or of course, one of the Grand Zenos could destroy either Cell or Kars very easily, no problem, with things like immortality being irrelevant to them because they have omnipotent power and can just undo the immortality with zero effort, they are able to destroy entire universes on just a whim.
Remember, Kars has the ability of Wamuu with air thingies, as seen when he just got to space, so it's reasonable to assume he has all of Wamuu's abilities Edit: It's reasonable to assume that he also has Esidisi's abilities too.

Equilized stats is a preety good move considering Cell would normally just disintegrade him instanly. The guy is faster than sound stronger than a mountain and with minimal to no effort can destroy the Earth.

people seem to forget that Kars can simply absorb Cell just by barely touching him, and there is really nothing Cell can do about that. All pillarmen have the absorbtion ability, and hamon is the only known counter to absorbtion. Incase you believe that Kars would forget to use absorption, that's impossible. The pillarmen absorption ability is a subconcious ability demonstrated by Whammuu. Also, Kars has that 400 IQ. If Cell were to absorb him, he would be absorbed from the inside out by Kars. Kars potential is technically limitless. If cell wanted to, he could easily defeat Kars, but he would have to completely vaporize every last cell of Kars. Kars could also turn into perfect cell and beat him that way, but wether or not he would be able to use Ki, as Cell, is really up for the reader to decide. Considering Kars has a 400+ IQ, limitless potential, imortality, etc, and was able to learn, and master hamon to the point that he created temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun, I wouldn't be suprised if he was able to master the ability to use Ki, and defeat Cell.

Ok so this is just my opinion so please don’t hate, Cell has freiza and king colds cells which means he can just blow up the planet, and we all know how Kars went down- I mean up. People are saying that Kars can just copy Cell’s cells to gain his abilities, well Kars has the genetic data of all of earth’a evolutionary line. I’m pretty sure that he can’t use the powers of extraterrestrial beings. Another thing is that Kars doesn’t copy the abilities of life forms, he’s using things he already has I think, so I don’t think he can just use Cell’s abilities. The pillar men in general have a cooler theme tho.
Keep in mind though, due to Joseph's tricksy fighting style, we never really got to see the full extent of Kars' Hamon. Melting Joseph was his "look what I can do with just a pinky-tap" thing. And if Kars had the Red Stone for further manifold amplification of Hamon, I think it could get to planet-busting tier. And we know from Joseph that Hamon's principle strength is usually its flexibility. Only thing to note is that we really don't know what Kars's limits actually are apart from the fact that he technically can't actually be killed per-say. The way Joseph beat him was by managing to launch him into space, and even that didn't technically kill him, it just resulted in Kars being stuck in a near-earth solar orbit. Meanwhile, while Cell showed off far more tools, the tools he showed were his entire kit. I feel that, at least in a straight 1v1 without any potential external factors, this fight ends in a stalemate, with Cell dominating but not really being able to finish off Kars, and Kars just not being able to do much permanent damage to Cell.

If you take cells personality and intelligence into the equation he'll let kars hit him and get free zenkais while regerating to then be able to one shot him, kars can't absorb him as cell can very easily vaporise him by using a ki barrier and there's no proof kars can copy alien DNA and powers. So essentially kars will get steamrolled no matter what he does because he can't actually counter cell in any way, shape or form. Honestly, the only way I see Kars winning is if Cell brags about how he can only be killed if his core was destroyed. Then the plan would be to surround Cell with a ton of minuscule insects or ,if you want to scrap the headcanon limits, even bacteria. The point is that something so little and pointless that not even Cell could find it. Then when he is completely surrounded, make the insects or the bacteria or whatever, transform into bombardier beetles and just blow him up. If that doesn't blow the core, then Kars has just seconds to try to destroy it himself.
That was just my two cents on how Kars would have won, still I think Cell has more resources and attributes that can make him the winner way easier than Kars.
Edit: Read the comments, it was interesting to see your take on the fight. As a DB fan, I never bought the regeneration from any single cell, nor that the core was on the head. Mostly because the Cell Jrs didn't got completely obliterated, they just got punched or sliced, and they're copies of Cell. I think that Cell is just skilled enough to protect he's core from most damage and that's why he didn't die from either Goku's Instant Kamehameha or blowing himself up.

Kars is a quick learner and will easily copy Cell’s techniques one way or another. Also any techniques Dio used without The World are techniques Kars could use. Remember Vampires are just weaker Pillarmen. Cell would die horribly in this fight, and if Kars wanted he could just rip off his arm and create a Cell clone to fight for him. The only advantage Cell has is the fact that he can breathe in space because of Frieza’s cells. Even then Kars could just copy that. There is nothing Cell could do to beat Kars. The only way is if Cell had something like candy beam or Dabura’s stone spit.

Kars wouldn’t be able to copy regeneration since that’s a part of Piccolo, who is a Namekian so he isn’t from Earth. He wouldn’t be able to copy Cell’s Saiyan cells since Saiyans aren’t from Earth. Kars can copy EVERYTHING that is from Earth, but he can’t copy anything from other planets since he isn’t even shown to do that at all.

It doesn't particularly always go that way. There are a lot of characters that would get their asses beat by Batman if you brought them down to his level. Hell a lot of characters in Dragon Ball would lose to Master Roshi if you nerfed them to his level because he's still one of the greatest martial artists in the universe, but is held back by being a human.

I’d argue that Cell’s regeneration alone makes him too much for Kars to deal with. We’ve never seen Kars regenerate at a level close to perfect Cell, and Kars really doesn’t have a way to fully vaporize Cell. Even with ki, Kars isn’t trained in any focused blast like a kamehameha that could defeat Cell’s regen. This was an obvious one tbh.

Damn, as much as I love Kars and how I'd like him to win, he can't beat a planet buster that can survive in space and regenerate from a single cell nucleus. The damage that the DragonBallZ characters can inflict is just too great. Cell could just, carry him into space and thats game.

The biggest disadvantage Cell has is that Kars Has a much higher Intelligence level compared to Cell which will go a LONG WAY at the beginning of the fight, giving Kars time to try and copy Cell. Cell would most likely also be at the disadvantage when the fight starts as Kars' fighting styles are very different to what he has seen before. The most important thing to note is that Cell could LEARN Kars moves if he used his SELF DESTRUCT, (as seen with the Instant Transmission.) Overall, I feel like this fight would MOSTLY be a tie/even match until Cell has had enough. On one last note Cell would probably not use his full power or even Super Saiyan when the fight starts, Cell is so arrogant that he would most likely go in at low power. That is all I have to say about this, overall, I think Cell Wins after a drawn out fight.

Cell is a being that has all the DNA and experience fighting people while kars has 0 experience whatsoever. In dragonball we have seen weaker characters cause imense trouble for stronger characters because they simply had a better technique. Even at even strenght kars is way to inexperienced to do anything against cell, this has been shown very well in jojo when he got defeated.

Its also possible that if kars got his hands on cells genetic code he could use it to his advantage, which would make the battle much more interesting, perhaps allowing for kars to literally just atomize cell using his own attacks on a higher level or even use KI in ways that cell doesnt know of.
I think there’s two outcomes, depending on which Kars you use. With Cell vs. Part 2 Ultimate Kars, there might be a way for Kars to win if he acts fast enough and/or takes in Cell’s DNA, but it’s mainly going to be Cell. If we’re talking about Jorge Joestar Kars vs. Super Perfect Cell, there’s only four words to sum up the fight: Gold Experience Requiem Ultimate. Or D4C: Love Train Ultimate. Being able to copy lifeforms is one thing, but having the Stand abilities of every Stand user, especially the abilities that make him nigh invincible on top of his whole “can’t die” schtick, truly makes him the ultimate lifeform.

I would honestly give this victory to Kars. We all know how powerful Cell is. That is something most won't forget. The problem to that is while both of them are arrogant, but Kars has no problem taking a cheap victory. Kars can never get tired and cannot die, but Cell can get tired and die. While Cell has enough power to destroy the planet and solar system, he wouldn't go that far if he was pushed to that level of desperation, fear and anger.
If Kars managed to cut off one of Cells arm and absorb it, Cell would let him do it to test his power. He is that arrogant. Some would say Cell is made up of extraterrestrial dna, so it wouldn't be possible. I think it is possible because Cell does have human dna, and he is the ultimate life form. He has all the dna of every living being, and outperforms them.
Him absorbing Cell arm would take some time, but he can pull it since his body is on a completely different level of species, and his massive intelligence with thousands of years of living and experience. The crazy thing is, Cell would still let him do it. He let Z-Fighters train for a week to have the perfect challenge. So he would let that happen to get that perfect challenge from Kars.
The only way I can see this happening if Cell just blows up the planet without that care of a perfect challenge, survives in space and sees Kars turn to stone, and destroy said stone. Kars won't be dead, but his body would everywhere. If not, then it's just who can outlasts and get the upper hand on one another.

Don’t forget Kars got EVERY ability when he used the stone mask, that means he was more than likely got a stand ability and if he got Hamon 10,000 times stronger then Joseph’s Hamon at the time that means his stand would of been insanely powerful

I started thinking about the fight, (Agree Cell takes this, You'd have to seriously stack the deck and wildly speculate to give Kars a chance.) But I think it would make an even better TFS Cell vs. episode. Specifically, Kars falls from space and lands next to Cell's arena. He regenerates from being a space rock, and then just lays there because he stopped thinking.

Well he can obtain Cell's DNA, which at least sayian dna is similar enough to human dna to produce viable offspring. How would he obtain Cell's dna? Well, with how the mitochondria was obtained, or by an incredibly rare process in nature that bacteria sometimes do that adds the dna of their food to them. But, since Kars has such control he can purpously make this event occcur either way.
I don't have to use headcanon, just what life on earth can do, and since Kars has all of life under his belt, he can do it.

Kars is completely immortal if I recall correctly, so the only way to defeat him is to render him helpless like Joseph Joestar did, or banish him to another realm like what the Z fighters did to Garlic Jr. who was also immortal. Cell can only be defeated if you destroy every cell in his body. They also both have a ton of abilities like Kars can literally create new life, not just kill. Ultimately yes I do think Cell would probably win because Kars has no way of destroying every cell, whereas all Cell has to do is either blast Kars out into the void of outer space or destroy the Earth or whatever other planet they are fighting on. But just to be clear, Kars would not die, he would just lose the fight. There is also the option of Cell defeating Kars the way Garlic Jr. was defeated. As far as how Kars could defeat Cell, well he could get Cell to self-destruct for an easy win, or get Cell vaporized by throwing him directly into the Sun, but it would be difficult for Kars to pull off the move of throwing Cell into the Sun and keeping Cell from changing his course. The main advantage Cell has over Kars is Cell can still function and fight in outer space while Kars is rendered useless in space. And Cell would have a much easier time than Joseph Joestar at getting Kars into outer space. But honestly I think the video exaggerates Kars’s weaknesses, Kars is pretty strong and impossible to fully defeat unless you wished away his immortality with the Dragon Balls or something like that. Or of course, one of the Grand Zenos could destroy either Cell or Kars very easily, no problem, with things like immortality being irrelevant to them because they have omnipotent power and can just undo the immortality with zero effort, they are able to destroy entire universes on just a whim.

Equilized stats is a preety good move considering Cell would normally just disintegrade him instanly. The guy is faster than sound stronger than a mountain and with minimal to no effort can destroy the Earth.

people seem to forget that Kars can simply absorb Cell just by barely touching him, and there is really nothing Cell can do about that. All pillarmen have the absorbtion ability, and hamon is the only known counter to absorbtion. Incase you believe that Kars would forget to use absorption, that's impossible. The pillarmen absorption ability is a subconcious ability demonstrated by Whammuu. Also, Kars has that 400 IQ. If Cell were to absorb him, he would be absorbed from the inside out by Kars. Kars potential is technically limitless. If cell wanted to, he could easily defeat Kars, but he would have to completely vaporize every last cell of Kars. Kars could also turn into perfect cell and beat him that way, but wether or not he would be able to use Ki, as Cell, is really up for the reader to decide.
Considering Kars has a 400+ IQ, limitless potential, imortality, etc, and was able to learn, and master hamon to the point that he created temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun, I wouldn't be suprised if he was able to master the ability to use Ki, and defeat Cell.

Ok so this is just my opinion so please don’t hate,
Cell has freiza and king colds cells which means he can just blow up the planet, and we all know how Kars went down- I mean up.
People are saying that Kars can just copy Cell’s cells to gain his abilities, well Kars has the genetic data of all of earth’a evolutionary line. I’m pretty sure that he can’t use the powers of extraterrestrial beings. Another thing is that Kars doesn’t copy the abilities of life forms, he’s using things he already has I think, so I don’t think he can just use Cell’s abilities.
The pillar men in general have a cooler theme tho.
Keep in mind though, due to Joseph's tricksy fighting style, we never really got to see the full extent of Kars' Hamon. Melting Joseph was his "look what I can do with just a pinky-tap" thing. And if Kars had the Red Stone for further manifold amplification of Hamon, I think it could get to planet-busting tier. And we know from Joseph that Hamon's principle strength is usually its flexibility. And as a side effect of how Kars' attacks are primarily organic, that means that they are all also vectors for a Hamon attack.
At the least, I think he has a fighting chance. Good video though!

Long Answer: Hahahaha yeah no!
Short Answer: Cell stomps!
Only thing to note is that we really don't know what Kars's limits actually are apart from the fact that he technically can't actually be killed per-say. The way Joseph beat him was by managing to launch him into space, and even that didn't technically kill him, it just resulted in Kars being stuck in a near-earth solar orbit. Meanwhile, while Cell showed off far more tools, the tools he showed were his entire kit.
I feel that, at least in a straight 1v1 without any potential external factors, this fight ends in a stalemate, with Cell dominating but not really being able to finish off Kars, and Kars just not being able to do much permanent damage to Cell.
