Ok but seriously no matter what stand you have or how goat that character was, kars will be able to adapt to whatever change Rohan can do to him and in the event develop his own crazy ass stand and defeat them.

Maybe also maybe made in heaven can infinitely increase the speed to a point where kars won’t be able to adapt to change and his cells won’t be fast enough to catch on to pucci slicing him up
Honestly i can't agree. Stands work on another level than lifeforms do. Kars' ultimate form is the pinnacle of life. But it isn't going to be in the world of stands. He can probably defeat most stand users but ones with unique abilities like heaven's door that can disable an opponent and basically rewrite them isn't going to be an opponent you can reasonably expect Kars to defeat. Kars isn't invincible, but in most stand fights he would be. Just not against ones that are more unique than pure brute force.
In those cases it would be on a case by case basis but i believe heaven's door could win. Obviously Giorno's stand would win. Infinite death loops can't be regenerated through. I'm sure Johnny's tusk would also win in act 4.
Rohan would most likely write in him right away that he's not allowed to hurt Rohan like he did with Koichi and Okuyasu.

Well, can Kars choose to develop a stand is an odd question. Stands are a result of the virus from space that attaces itself to the arrows, so it isn't from Earth. Can Ultimate Kars replicate life or energy not of this world? Probably not.

Ever notice how the most powerful enemies in this series consistently lose by being too cocky? Almost like it's a reoccurring theme. Had J Geil gone for the jugular, both Polnareff and Kakyoin would have died immediately.
I remember that in Eyes of Heaven If Ac/dc is fighting old Joseph he will say "You have another power besides your Hamon, don't you?" making clear that pillarmen despite of not being capable of see stands can "sense" them.

You can't atomize something by punching it, and unless you can atomize him, erase him from existence, or send him to space you can't beat Ultimate Kars.

I think it matters whether Dio would act smart in this fight or not.
If he studied Kars during stopped time and creeped him out (he is admittedly an awesome actor) during moving time, he would have a chance of not killing, but "disabling" Kars in a simular fashion to Joseph. I bet there are ways of stopping Kars other than launching him to space.
Dio was a diva during his fight with Jotaro. He didn't take him seriously, and overall was acting to "Kono Dio Da"-ish, wasting precious time by talking and playing games.
But Dio is smart. Really smart.
And if he respected Kars as an objectively more powerful opponent in their fight and acted carefully, he would eventually be able to stop Kars, and have his goons detain him (I bet your ass there are at least several stands that have the power to detain Kars, although obviously not fight him)

Wamuu uses thaat sandstorm shit, coincidentally, none of it hits. Pocoloco attacks and happens to knock him out of the arena. Wamuu falls into a random civilian, who happens to be a Hamon user and lands a hit on the defenseless Wamuu, killing him.
Vs. Eisidi:
Eisidi shoots blood everywhere and misses every shot. Pocoloco keeps attacking and knocks him into a nearby nuclear warhead as a refridgerator falls onto Pocoloco, saving him from the explosion.
Vs. Kars:
Kars swings the blade about 17 times, missing each coincidentally. Pocoloco develops Hamon potential and coincidentally breathes the right way and accidentally lands a fatal overdrive.
Vs. Ultimate Kars:
Pocoloco runs ike hell and accidentally falls into a volcano as a large rock falls in at the same time. The volcano erupts at that time, and the rock swerves mid-air to hit Kars as a large bird grabs Pocoloco and takes him to safety. The rock the coincidentally flies into the sun.

Kars is competent enough that he would be able to make a Stand as soon as he learned the concept, that's part of the reason why he was able to master Hamon better than any human could. Jojo beat Kars on a single gamble, and that Kars had not seen (nor could comprehend) the vacuum of space due to only spending his time on earth fighting other humans. It's true, Ultimate Kars is the ultimate life form... but only on Earth.

The fact that a villain from the Hamon era could stalemate or even in specific situations defeat a villain from the Stand era makes me so happy
EDIT: Nothing against the Stand era I love Stands and Parts 3 & 4 are my favorites. I’m just glad to see characters I loved from Part 1 & 2 aren’t all completely useless

@@PxIarixand we know stands can develop from mastering something. And Hermit Purple is just a stand manifestation of Hamon, so Kars could get a Hermit Purple like stand. Maybe Hermit White.
DIO would have trouble fighting Regular Kars, let alone Ultimate Kars who has access to ultra enhanced Hamon. Even regular Hamon is lethal to Dio due to his vampiric nature. DIO's best change for winning against Regular Kars would be to fight him in a building during daylight and use Stopped Time Muda's to crash him into sunlight. This won't work on Ultimate Kars.
MetroidJunkie or dio could freeze time and then try to continue knocking him upward until they reach escape height (space) like Joseph in Battle Tendency.

In my opinion DIO (part 3) wins. Because only stands can beat stands. Dio has an ability to stop time too. Only Jotaro could move while stopped time because star platinum had the same ability with za warudo. Only thing Dio has to do is stop time and shoot kars into space.

And also Kars has hamon... he’s literally the strongest hamon user so if Kars lands one hit he could probably kill Dio. And also there’s the whole Pillarman eat vampires for breakfast or whatever. Didn't Kars have, you know, literally _thousands_ of years to build up both of those? -If- _When_ Kars develops a Stand, it will almost definitely be _incredibly_ powerful. If he had some time to prepare for the fight and learned about Requiem Stands? Only characters built to be invincible would be able to defeat Kars with a Requiem Stand. Not even mentioning the fact that Kars has Hamon hundreds of times more powerful than Joseph's and is unaffected by sunlight. The deck was stacked against DIO since the start

Dio is actually a bad match up to kars... i dont know why anyone would think dio could beat kars... tho many jojo stands are capable of beating kars, potentially even with a requiem stand. Tusk act 4 is the single strongest attack in jojo history if you try to understand what it actually is, its a infinite spin(or black hole) that can trancend ALL DIMENSIONS AND TIMELINES. This attack is so unstoppable that by theory, even ger wont be able to stop it since its infinite. Funny valentine with d4c and love train stomp kars just simply by bringing in another kars from another dimension and havng them both disintegrate due to how the stand works. Soft and wet has a lot of development potential, i mean imagine you could STEAL kars’s immortality? Ger is an obvious *no* to kars since its technically the strongest stand since it beats every stand except tusk act 4(BY THEORY).

Regular Kars would be able to damage DIO eventually even with time stop. I mean the man has an IQ of 400.. A Rat from DIU with a stand was able to get a hit in on Jotaro. It be a fight almost like Netero vs Meruem in a sense that Trying to strike one needle in an endless field of needles until finally you hit your mark.

I love how so many stands are useless in some aspects and incredible in others. For example, “Za Hando” could just scrape Kars out of existence, but would be powerless before Za Warudo. And Za Warudo is powerless before something that cannot be killed with force.
Giorno would also have little to no power against Dio’s stand because he couldn’t fight against stopped time unless GER could touch Dio before Dio could stop time.
I love stands and how different types can counter each other so well, while being useless in other regards.

To make matters worse for DIO vs Ultimate Kars, if Kars figures out what a stand is, he could obtain one of his own and proficiently use it, especially if he already has Hamon breathing under his belt. If he goes with Hamon, then Kars could end up with an extremely powerful version of Hermit Purple.
A small thing you should account for is that kars can unlock a stand at any moment, since stands can also be unlocked by mental things and not just the arrow. If he found out what it was (which knowing dio he would definitely reveal at one point) Kars could unlock his own stand.

And well while arceus created reality we never see him change reality, so arceus can just create reality while over heaven can so Dio would probably turn arceus to one of his ally to control even a real god and demonstrate how strong and superior he is.
Red hot chilly pepper and rotom would be a really good match up since both of them can go through electric things with the difference that RHCP can just pass through while rotom can fuse his appearence with the thing he is possessing. Also RHCP could try to punch him, but since he is a ghost tipe it wouldnt work so i think it would be interesting to see how akira tries to outsmart him.
