Your video is very helpful...I had a problem with removing the Jamaica out of the address...it accidentally saved in the address after the order was submitted and I think everything was ok ..my order was canceled and my money sent back to my back....so this was very helpful....

and if I want to order a package on Monday then order again on Tuesday, do i have to wait for Monday's package to come to Jamaica before I order again so I don't attract customs fees? or is it okay to order daily (if I want to) as long as it's not $50 and over in one sitting?
@@nicolemcfarlane23 that's correct as long as its not more than 50 on on invoice but you still have to be careful becsuse sometimes you can make two different orders but they come in the same box depends on how soon and the website you order from.

Why they are asking my first card card number not account
I am having issues paying for the items.....trying to checkout but it asking for another method of payment. I am using scotia debit card and its has money on it.
Shein doesnt take my scotia card ormy ncb visa card always says payment fail

You will have to check with the shipping company you signed up with. Check with them where is your pick up location

Hey 😊, you can use the confirmation email they send as a invoice because it has all the necessary information along with the amount of money you paid.

Thank you for making this video! On SHEIN's checkout page, there's a crossed out Retail Price at the top and then the actual subtotal listed which is lower in value. Which does Customs use to determine if fees should apply? Currently, my retail price is over $50 US and the actual subtotal (before coupons) is $47 US.
unfortunately They will use the Retail price sis. They don't care about the coupons etc

Suppose you make a mistake with the address and then you pickup its wrong and change it will everything be fine
It depends, if the order was shipped out before you change the address then it will go to the wrong one but if it wasn't shipped before you change it you might be OK but check with their customer service to see if it was done,

I am not sure why you are not seeing it but it should be in your settings, click on location and change it from there.

Another thing it had also saved the shipping address for the billing also you think that was also a problem? Let me know please because my card has my Jamaican address....but that wasn’t what SHEIN got is was the overseas shipping address
Your billing address can also be your shipping address, it won't accept your Jamaican address for billing so let it keep the shipping address.

I have a question. How does it happen that orders on Shein are getting to Jamaica if we should fill out the USA address? Can you please explain this moment?
The US address that you get from the shipping company is what you will put in shein and when it get to the shipping company address in the US they will bring it to Jamaica for you to collect at your pick up location.

No love you will have to find a shipping company that you like and they will provide you with an address. That's address you will put in your she in address book so you can receive the items

Okay so after you order with the address you got from Pelipak, when your order is delivered to the pelipak address you will get an email and the package will show on your dashboard
