On their website it says ocean shipments can be arranged by request so you would have to contact them directly if that’s something you’re interested in. It’s normal for someone to order and not receive the items because something can go wrong during the shipping process or maybe the order didn’t get filled or it got stolen etc. However, if this is the case, they will issue a refund or offer to resend the items. SHEIN customer service is usually reliable based on my experience with them so I’m not sure what could’ve gone wrong. Did she reach out to them after not receiving the refund?

Another advice is to use the App if you aren’t already because I think it’s more user friendly and most persons prefer to enter their info using an App as opposed to an actual website. How do you get the weight of the Shein orders ? So it can be added to the shipping company's portal
Is that required for you to add? If yes, then just put an estimated weight because sometimes the weight of the item is not on the website.
