the few perks to it that i find super neat is definitely the doggy hutches built under the bed mattress but only if the puppers don't get anxiety all night barking and crying , then it is a fantastic design to have. the other perk is that it is a potentially two bedroom tiny home that are impressive spacious sizes that you can stand straight up in unlike you commonly find in tiny homes with bed mattresses in lofts where you are a bit sandwiched in and have no other option but to crawl in and out but the plus side to that is more main floor space below. so it is a compromise either way. I would see that it all boils down to what meets your needs and preferences. it is a tough call for me to choose which design, hmmm bed in a loft or compromise floor space and just have a full room.
@1daySomeday • Right. One thing I wonder about is when I used to have a mattress on the floor, I would always end up with back pain. But climbing up into a bed, and crawling down, might be easier on the back than getting up from the floor. I feel like I would want to experience the action of both before deciding.

Kinda small-pricing? The woman talking isn’t going to sell homes.
