Love you brother, I believe God has been using you to lift others into his palm. I was living a life full of rejection, lack of hope/faith and of self destruction. Right after my mother attempted to commit suicide in front of me, I listened to train song, I felt the holy spirit not knowing what I was feeling. The next day I went with a coworker to church and I got baptized in Jesus’ name and I was born again with the holy spirit. Ive since then started working on my relationship with the father and he has shown me an abundance of revaluation, grace, mercy and his faithfulness. Im now trying to let God prune the brown leaves and branches so that I may bear fruit. He has shown me that he is working on me as someone would refine silver, eventually he’ll be able to see his reflection. You are a fisher of men, keep doing what your doing because my spirit tells me that you are surely doing the will of God.

Hey Josh. I first heard you're version of Farther Along when I was in Teen Challenge, and when I got out White Owl, Heavens Knife and several others helped me along. Thanks for being a willing vessel.
Brother Josh...I came across "Born again" for a friend a while back and really enjoyed your style and depth as a 'Christian artist' and then found "Freedom" and "Hiding place" when I really needed it and was blessed - I prayed for Godly music I could listen and sing to daily as after I was saved, I couldn't listen or even sing to worldly music as much, as I was becoming more awake to what I fed my mind as a believer and spoke(sang) and as much as I loved listening to Bon Iver, Birdy, Sia, The Twilight album haha etc, your music had actual meaning in Christ and it felt safe to listen to and lead by the Holy Spirit, not a worldly spirit and in that has brought God much glory and comfort for those who hear it. So thank you for working hard in your calling and purpose as its really encouraging and I only saw your one video 14 years after you made it and this one 9 years later and I live in Cape town South Africa, so you too be encouraged as it is still spreading, because it is the Gospel you sing of and that is forever alive through His Spirit, our purpose is to spread and is such a gift, so thank you again for reminding us. Praise The King. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever. Bless you and your family

A little more to it than just believing..you will suffer for that belief and our highest purpose in this life is LOVE....even the demons believe and tremble. Much more to it than just believing. Believing is not just a thought but action also. You can't continue in sin unrepentant and claim "I believe", therefore I'm saved. Bible...read it.

Funny thing, of all the work done in the name of religion...all the striving and trying...so easy to get this wrong. Believe on the One that God sent. Jesus response was so simple that our humanness demands complications, creates layers and nuances. There are layers though, the layers of God peeling back my armour, stripping away the lies I believe about myself, and exposing my desperate need for a Saviour - then shockingly demanding not performance or perfection but trust. I must trust that Christ has done what I could not, made me right with God the moment that I surrendered and trusted Him. Oh Lord Jesus You are EXACTLY WHO YOU SAID YOU WERE. I believe, now help my unbelief!

your music touches my soul. The concepts you speak of are universal. Not limited to one GOD (christian god). there is one Spirit. Please do not constrain god. your music is powerful and please expand it. white owl is an example.. you are amazing.
please don't speak for the "gods", this man sings about THE GOD, our creator. I don't hear him mention kali, vishnu, buddah, or any other idols formed by man. God has planted a seed of His Spirit into his heart, there is no other when the Lord makes himself known in this Heavenly way. Don't get this confused with your will to not "hear". I pray the Lord open your heart, mind, and soul with this music,,,,,,,,, He is calling out to you.....................
