Great trick for joinning the letters!! Thank you!
Any time!
Thank you, this was a really helpful tutorial. I’ve been struggling to weld font to shapes and you explained how to do this very clearly.
I love how you explain everything 🙌
Thank you so much for such a detailed tutorial. Exactly what I was looking for, for a customers birthday cake. xxx
I learned a lot from your video. Loved it!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for explaining it so clearly. I"m trying to create a cake topper and it's not going so good. That was a pretty neat trick for slicing pieces of a letter to make a joining tail to connect the letters. Great tip!!
You are so welcome!
Another great tutorial, is this to be cut on heavy cards stock or another material?
Thanks! I would think this would be best cut on heavy cardstock as it is quite flexible due to all of the material being cut away. The one you see in the opening picture was cut on adhesive backed cardstock so it can be stuck to the top of a package as a decoration. If you cut it smaller, it can be used as a cake topper, but you have to keep in mind the joining parts of the letter and make sure they are not too small. I made that mistake when I resized this one to a smaller size and the lines were so thin, they disappeared and nothing joined..
what paper do u use?
