Thank you so much for explaining it so clearly. I"m trying to create a cake topper and it's not going so good. That was a pretty neat trick for slicing pieces of a letter to make a joining tail to connect the letters. Great tip!!

I like the speed in which you present information. I am a quilter and wanted to let you know SVG files can be turned into quilting designs (stitches added to lines) with many software programs for digitizing. I will send you a photo if I get something stitched.

Where do I get the worksheet you mention in this video?

Whenever I try to make the compound path part, all it does is take away the colour from my text and leaves it all transparent. Then I release it and all the text ungroups. I'm in Business edition Silhouette 2 updated version. What can I be doing wrong?

Another great tutorial, is this to be cut on heavy cards stock or another material?

I like this but I don’t know what to do with it ? After creating an object with background should I get the same background in paper in have my object cut with silhouette or do I printed on inkjet?. Sorry I am newbie and confused about what kind of end results this projet should be

Tfs, I loved that you took the time to show us how to cut the vinyl and back to make a complete decal. I tried before to do it separately and after first heat transfer and pull off of the backing it had moved, so gave up on that idea. Thank you for teaching how to do that. Great easy explanations.
