Wow...insane how you guys are full tilt even with the big rocks just right there on the edge of the trail. One pedal strike, and it's OTB...yard sale style. Ripping...as always! Look forward to these every Friday!
after a lil search and a bit of confidence that your vids gave me i switched to clipless, and mah dude, it is another life, it's like the bike is part of your body.... the control is amazing and the things that i could get down and pull off was unreal you helped my in this decision without knowing XD, ty for it, keep on the shred your vids are amazing 👌😎🤙
I'm always looking for cool place to potentially move to someday & Frisco is on that list. The beginning jumpline looks rad & provides some insane views!
Was up there in a T-Storm 2 years ago watching bolts hit Breck from clouds at our elevation. Scary but awesome. Favorite part of CT? Tough question but gotta be everything on the San Juan’s all the way to Durango. Epic stuff dude.
How do you choose which bike to ride where? Do you have a general preference in wheel size or travel? I've seen you ride everything Yeti has to offer almost every kind of terrain. Reason I am asking my SB 75 which I loved was hit on my rack by a car and destroyed. I am leaning on going with a 29er. I have ridden the 130 and 150 in Pisgah. Loved both but the 150 felt BIG. I have also riden the SB5 a bit in more mild trail and really liked it. So anyway just looking for some input, I live in NC but travel to Az. and Co. to ride as much as possible. I like more natural tech(rocks roots) but ride almost everything.
Sounds like a 130lr is where you want to be. I just ride whatever I am liking at the time. Probably not what you were hoping to hear, but there is no concrete rules when it comes to this sort of thing. I ride what is making me smile the most currently, not necessarily what is the best choice for a given trail.
Who cuts this high Alpine trail? They're absolute legends, whoever they are. Did something weird hapoen with the colour grading at about 2:54? Amazing trail. The idea of sustained downhill for so long is just so alien to me. No big hills here :-/
What is your favorite section of the CT?
Searle Pass to Copper is my favorite so far. I still have many to explore.
Nate hills I am a fan of your biking skills how you do that 😀😀😀😀
Miner's Creek baby!
Segment 23 at trail summit above Lake City down to Carson Saddle and Cataract Lake is epic
Monarch Crest 🤘
So many good drops off of it!!

Loving those drone shots dude!
Your biking skills always made me to watch the video till the end 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Great trail and great handling
watching your video makes my weekend more exciting!
That was so awesome, nothing like starting above tree line and just blasting it all the way to the bottom. Definitely an "epic ride ".
Couldn't agree more!
Such amazing views. You guys go so fast! 😎👍🏻
Sick singletrack dude.👏
James does manuals like the bike was supposed to only have a rear wheel. So rad
Cheers!
Sir James the legend! 🤘
You know it!
Cheers man! 🍻
Awesome trail. Nice work using drone without the drone sound
James slaying trails again!
Never not.
Thanks man, this is a good one!
No snow naps...drone footage looked awesome on the open mountain.
Jamie always full of steez, making trails look easy and jumps small
Stoked for this one. Normally I wrch your videos right away, but today I'll take the time to gather with some loved ones and play it on a projector.
Drive in movie status, lol
singletrack like this is my dream
*everyone's dream. Including me.
Don't tell anyone, but Breckenridge has like 300 miles of this.
Wow what an awesome trail. Great cinematography too Nate - amazing the possibilities a drone opens up!
Thanks...amazing stuff as always!

Adding this to my catalog of trails on my CO trip! Man, I'm gunna need way more than a week....
Cala boca
Stay for 3 weeks last time I was out there was not enough!!! Never is.
This one is on my wishlist! Did Mammoth Gulch last week, not single track, but gnarly high elevation tech up to James Peak. Keep ‘em coming!🤙🏻🤙🏻
Wheeler to miners Creek, and peaks trail back to Breck is a sick loop
7:42 That tree looks like it's on fire 🔥
It really, really does.
This trail looks so rad, definitely adding that one to the list!! Finally hit Portal after watching your vid on it like a year ago
Pure flow!!🤘🏻🤘🏻
Safe to say Colorado is the Land of Infinite Stoke 🤘🏽

The Adventure Park is popping off currently.
I love trail
Sick as always! :D
Hi, Nate Nice video 🤙
Hey Nate the Great...The drone footage is brilliant!!! That must be a pukefest of climb....
we shuttled this time but I have climbed up there bunch and yes it is reasonably painful. Always worth it however.
Weingarten is always ripping and tearing
EPIC stuff, Nate! Can’t wait to get back out there. That Weingarten guy is pretty good, huh?
Legend, that James.
Superb!!! 😜
Sick as usual!🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

BEAUTIFUL 👍🏻
Video game rides with James again? How many miles can he ride on the back wheel. Love it. Great ride.
Good question!
Those trails look absolutely amazing. And also, gravity does not seem to apply to the rider in red the way it does to the rest of us
James doing video game things.
I liked the blind trek through the tall bushes. Great Mountain Lion habitat, yikes!
Like riding with pants on my head.
Smooth
You don't need to add Jumpin' Jimmy Weingarten's name: 5 secs of footage is more than enough to spot his style :)
Hello.
What kind of mud guard have you got on your bike? Thank you!
This video is awesome 😉
Dig your footage.
Inspiring video, I gotta get there. What makes this segment 7.4?
i’m not sure. That’s just what Trailforks told me. 🤷🏻♂️
nice!

@@natehills9388 No that's the perfect answer. And I do love the 130!
Will you be getting one of the 100 yeti arcs?
Not sure that I need another hardtail in my life. Sweet bike tho...

The Colorado Trail is one of the oldest and most used hiking routes in the US
So cool trail! I very much want to ride , but I'm hasn't recovered yet after arm fracture. Now I'm only "riding" while watching youtube videos.
Heal up!!
Yo are you coming to Durango?!
Music at the beginning of the video?
Follow Drone Friday!
👌🏻🔥
Great video! How hard was it going up the mountain and how long did it take?
We drove but you can ride to the top from town in a couple of hours easily.
Ripping 👍
Weird not to see a bacon hand-up at 1:36
it was so windy the bacon would have blown away, LOL.Can’t imagine eating cooked pork in the middle of a race after that ridiculous climb, ha ha.
@@natehills9388 it's *surreal* to be doing that climb and smell the smell of bacon gently wafting through the alpine air.
