I put a little gelatin in so it keeps its forms a little more. I add hot water maybe a teaspoon or two the a half a teaspoon of gelatin mix then add slowly to mix before it gets stiff
That first method recipe is very similar to 'Chantilly Cream'. Some people use super fine sugar instead of icing sugar, however I think it is better with icing sugar. Keep sharing. Thanks

I think the red one is just food coloring added when putting icing suger and vanilla in. But food coloring i totally optional if you want a colorful cake then ok 👍

That also works . But the way I make without gelatin is so perfect......you can follow this video to get stiff cream without gelatin 🙂

Try adding 2tbs of cornstarch it will help keep it stable

U shld use whipping cream mam. Frst beat on slow speed den gradually increase the speed it will form stiff peaks sometimes it might take time also.
