Great video....our harvest right was the best investment...got a card at tractor supply n are just paying it off...just freeze dried mullein n the color n taste compared to dehydrating is amazing...my comfrey is just about ready to harvest n excited to freeze dry it🙌🙌
I have never grown comfrey but need to. I have been growing herbs in pots except my regular mint. I grow several flavors of mint ever year. Last year I got a couple of Greenstalks. I planted strawberries and herbs in them. My Marshmellow and Feverfew are doing great - left from last year. In one of my gardens, i planted Lemon Balm and Yarrow. They are thriving this year. I hang herbs as well as I bought a herbal drying rack. I also dyhrate them. A Freezer Dryer is on my list to purchase in the future. I signed up for the Webinar and look forward to it.
Our skin is our biggest organ and the biggest sponge for our body. Whatever your hands or feet touch will be absorbed into the body. I just cleaned with peppermint oil for the last 3 days and I had heartburn… I know you know. Mawmaw’s just have to say it too. Love y’all.

Can't hear you. I think this is the 2nd video in a short time thats like this. Watching on my phone. I listened to another youtuber to see if it was my phone & I can hear term . Comprey I thought was used for pain. I recently obtained a herniated disc from slipping on ice. It has done ZERO for pain relief. Doing PT & hasn't helped either. Any ideas on something to help nerve pain. Finally at 3:08 I can hear.
I see that you are putting non frozen items in the freeze dryer but using the pre frozen method. Can you explain why? I have a freeze dryer and want to make sure I’m doing it the best possible way. Is the comfrey any less medicinal after she flowers?
I purchased root cuttings from Perma Pastures Farm, a RUclipsr family. It was a couple years ago. They still sell it. They all grew beautifully and I have wonderful huge plants. I use it for so many things. I make comfrey tea in 5 gal buckets for my plants and have never had such a prolific garden and beautiful flowers. HaHa you can tell I'm in love with it. I can go on and on.
She mentioned hanging them to dry as an alternative and that she is even out of space from doing just that. Harvest Right is having a sale and so she's showing one way she uses hers. I think they even finance them now. Where there's a will, there's a way.
Literally, why are you begrudging the other half???!!! Besides, a LOT of people say they can't afford one, when they have expensive cars, new cell phones, Apple watches, sculptured nails, eat out every meal, etc. I heard someone saying that, while they were drinking a Starbucks fancy coffee!! Nothing wrong with those things, but be honest about where your priorities lay. We worked hard for ours, and love it SO much. It has changed our lives! You can budget, save up, cut out the fluff, get a side hustle, finance it, use your tax returns, etc. in most cases. They even offer layaway and finance plans. A small freeze dryer is less than $3,000!! About the price of a really good washer and dryer or refrigerator!! Why are we not saying, "Literally more than half of your audience base can't afford a new refrigerator" ?? She's not talking a Rolls Royce or private jet here!! LOL!! A lot of the audience can't afford 2 or 3 high tunnels or greenhouses, or a tractor. Should she not show those?? Good grief!!
You are great example of the poverty mindset. “Must be nice” attitude instead of “ how can I?” She mentions a free alternative, hang drying! Harvest right also has sales, refurbished and layaway as options.
@chelseycarrillo8824 Poverty Mindset? You must not know what poverty is if you think not being able to afford a 2 thousand dollar freeze dryer is poverty. I'm incrediably happy for the people like her and Jess and all the other youtube homesteaders who have achieved success in the last few years. I wish them nothing but the best, but it is frustrating watching Channels I used to love forget about us little people who got them there. Most of us regular homesteaders are middle income or less because we are women who see the importance of raising our children and are just one income families. I've gone from homeless to owning my own place. I don't have a poverty mindset. I have a realistic mindset and realistically most people don't own a freeze dryer yet it's what evey channel talks about lately
