Cool to know someone tall also enjoys a smaller wheelbase and that deluxe even gives it a chance for those who want a bigger board without it feeling big

Ive been experimenting with this same topic. I came to find out my large feet and stance liked the 8.8"x31.95" VX santa cruz better than everything else i had been riding all these years , however ive been redrilling the wheelbase down a bit to 14" with the Chems Wheelbase mod tool, you might want to get one and try different board widths and truck sizes and take your tool to your local park to compare. I even tried a 13.85wb on a sc twin tip mccoy 8.25 vx, but to squirrely for me.
