You're the only person to discuss the option of getting Priority Pass directly. Everyone else only talks about the credit cards that offer priority pass, but there are many people who are distrusting of credit cards.

For me, the one reason i consider buying the priority pass directly is because of the restaurant credit. Each option has its pros and cons.

A very insightful and helpful review, thank you for this! The discount makes it almost a no brainer. One thing I noticed not mentioned here is this language when looking through the collection of lounges specific to Chase Sapphire Lounges - "Members will be able to use one of their inclusive or pay as you go visit entitlements to visit one US Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club location once per calendar year, subject to availability. Guest visits and any additional visits over and above the one entry entitlement will be charged a preferential rate of US$75, payable to the lounge."

It's unlimited only if the lounge allow you in most cases. Some lounges have the right to reject your access even if with PP.

Can't use any of the lounges in LAX with this Priority Pass. Things changed.
That is true, but there is a Be Relax Spa at Terminal one and TBIT, and then GameWay at Terminal 3 and 6.
The Venture X card offers unlimited guest lounge visits, not limited to 2.

@@dannyshepthat’s only for the capital one lounge and premium lounge which only allows 2 guests. Priority pass allows unlimited guests.
Sorry, priority pass lounges are really trash, same with centurion lounges, as well as Delta sky clubs. Experienced them all myself and concluded that they were are not worth my money.

all the lounges you've mentioned.
@@lewis20002000 Waitlist to go into the Centurion lounge, no seats available in Centurion lounges due to overcrowding, lackluster food options at Centurion lounges, dirty floors at Delta Sky lounges, dirty buffet area, dirty bathrooms, again overcrowded lounges at Delta Sky lounges, & PP lounges are mostly a crapshoot. Only 1 out of 5 are mostly ok, the rest are trash. So, I will double down on what I said, not looking for any royal treatment, just a clean & tranquil environment is what I'm looking for. None of these lounges mentioned above delivered that.
Priority pasd lounge outside of the states are very good.
Admirals clubs so far have been slightly better
@@SaggyJ Agree, DWF's first/business class lounge was quite tranquil. Food & drink options were nice as well.
