Today we are going to tour a 4 bed 2 bath home by Sunshine homes. This home is part of their Prime series! This home is seen at Evangeline Home Center in Lafayette LA.
As I mention in the video - I LOVE THIS FLOORPLAN! The HUGE living room and kitchen give this house an awesome look. My favorite part is how the Master bedroom flows through the master bath and into the utility area which opens right back out into the hallway! This kind of floorplan is so popular for the functionality it provides!

This house is gorgeous, but however it would not work for us, because we would want an area off of the kitchen or dining room with sliding doors to build a deck/patio off of for our outdoor kitchen. We are big backyard entertainers that have fish fries & big bbq's on a daily basis....
