Does anyone know how long the meatballs should cook in the oil?
@@justforme3821 Not long I would guess, especially since they are so small and will finish off cooking in the sauce. I think he just wants to get them browned in the frying pan and cooked part-way through. Someone tell me if that's off-base.

- 3/4 kg (750g) minced chicken
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves
- salt n pepper
- grate of parmesan
- 1 egg
- parsley (handful)
- Chilli
- couple handfuls breadcrumbs
I made the meatballs without the sauce and no added cheese. Family ate them all. Thankyou!
