I love that Jack doesn't edit out when Chef forgets something and shows him correcting it. Makes me feel better about when I'm a little disorganized some days in the kitchen. Some day maybe we'll get to see Jack come around the counter and taste the dish after Chef.
It doesn't matter how long we've been cooking, or how many times we've made a recipe, there will still be times when we forget something. Chef JP is a great reminder of that!
Like the time I decided to make a chocolate cake based on the recipe on the back of the Hershey's can. I forgot flour. But it made a heck of a hot fudge Sunday sauce!
This is one of the big reasons I like the channel, nothing is edited, nothing is airbrushed. No chef in the world I have seen inspires people to get cooking in the home more than this guy. He shows that even the best makes mistakes. He makes it all fun, and nothing is too serious, but even so, every dish looks like it could be served in a top Michelin star restaurant.
Really? I've seen some pretty dumb, useless channels get as many views, also I've seen smaller channels with just as good content get sfa views. You new here?
It's always a wonderful day when chef releases a new video! like the Mr Rodgers of cooking. Chef, could you please do a video on cleaning and how to maintain cookware properly. Also could you please tell me how to make your sanitizing water and how long to keep it for. It would be much appreciated.
Same here! 😂😂😂😂 I couldn't help it! Honestly though, I've been having a terrible time these past few days so... I needed a good laugh and a bit of a distraction from all my worries... Best of health to you and everyone else in the comments and your loved ones! ✌🏻💙🥰🙋🏼♀️
Hey Chef Pierre, I made these chicken meatballs, didn't add the sundried tomatoes but followed the rest. We had two each for dinner on egg noodles. Was fantastic. Thanks Chef 😊
The Ric Flair of cooking Just by watching his video, I can feel my cooking confidence elevated This man embodies the notion that cooking should be fun and easy. Thank you chef. May the good Lord shower you with his blessings
NOTHING you teach is complicated if you pay close attention to the directions! I am a seasoned cook. Like you, I was taught to cook and bake at a very young age. (11 y.o.) We didn't have the knowledge such as what you bring to us today. If the young kids watch your channel and pay close attention, they may become a new Chef one day. You probably don't even realize how many lives you have changed by doing this channel. I am a "seasoned" cook and I have learned so many new things that I never ever heard of before watching you. GOD Bless! BTW.. YES Thai sounds amazing!
I have received few minutes ago message that chef revealed new video. Immediatley i hit thumb up, cause i knew this`ll be perfect recipe, and especcialy now, on a budget! God bless Chej J.P. ! :D
I really like the way Jack adds an ending after the ending to the videos. It’s very fun to see you talk to Jack and enjoy the food. I wanted to know what is in the 3rd bowl- salt, pepper and ? Thank you for making wonderful dishes. I think you are amazing!
I have made several of your recipes and you describe the process of creating each dish very well . Plus you are fun to watch , quite the comedian too !
Chef, I just did this dish for my family. It was SO good !!! Couldn't believe it. The meatballs alone have a really solid flavor, and the sauce was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for what you do once again.
Hi Jean- Pierre, I made the exact same sauce with pan fried chicken breast yesterday, served them with Steamed baby potatoes, carrots and green beans for myself my wife and my the elderly lady next door, it was delicious however I am going to try the chicken balls as well sometime soon.
Hi Chef Jean-Pierre! I am making my weekly grocery list and the ingredients for your chicken meatballs are on it😀They look delicious! Thanks so very much ❤️😋
Yes please Super Chef Jean Pierre for the Thai Curry Chicken Meatballs. My tastebuds are out of control just thinking about it! I can't wait to cook this recipe😉🤤
I never thought ground chicken could be elevated to gourmet but this did it. So delicious! I have learned from you Chef to take the time to develop each ingredient’s flavor before adding the next. Thank you for making this good cook a star!
My wife and I are a huge fan of the channel as of a couple months ago. She was so confused at Kroger when I bought all of these ingredients. We cooked this together on Sunday night and this is our favorite meal we've ever made together. Best part? We have leftovers for the work week! Chef, you are amazing. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and thanks for being a kind and fun teacher!
I made these meatballs for dinner tonight and served them with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We loved them. The gravy with the mashed potatoes was a great combo and the meatballs were delicious and so tender. The Genoa Salami and sun dried tomatoes in the meatballs took these over the top full of flavor. Thank you for another great recipe Chef Jean-Pierre!
I love that the Chef explains that the recipe is adaptable. You must adapt the recipe for the ingredients you have access to. Cooking is all about concepts. I love it.
Chef, I made these for dinner tonight. I did use Ground Turkey though and they are AMAZING! TY so much for sharing all your knowledge with us! Blessings to you, sir and all your staff :)
Thai meatballs for sure... When I saw you adding the meatballs to the sauce at first, I thought to myself, that you had forgotten a little cream in the sauce... Lo and behold, you remembered! lol.. Great job chef.
Used turkey, skipped the tomato but added artichoke hearts to sauce and served over linguine pasta made with palmetto. Thanks 👍 it was 😋 delicious!! Used hint of salt nut-thin crackers crushed instead of bread crumbs. Turned it gluten free 👍😋
Hey Chef! Made this for the family tonight. It was great. The sauce alone mixed with some pappardelle pasta would be a meal on its own. With the meatballs everyone was so full and happy. Thanks for another delicious dish. ❤
The sun dried tomatoes and the buttermilk in the meatballs is genius. My mouth is watering. Can’t wait to see what you’re making each week! LOVE that you made these with mushroom sauce. And YESS PLEASE do the Thai curry recipe. Many blessings to my favorite chef. 😊❤
Hello Chef Jean Pierre, this recipe looks absolutely delicious. I love the addition of spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. I will make this for dinner tonight. Looks so good. And to answer your question, Yes |I would love to see you make Thai Flavors. Thank you for sharing and Best Regards to you and Jack. ❤❤
And what a great way to use up some spinach or sun dried tomatoes lingering in the fridge- I can think of so many veggies just waiting to be saved from the compost bin!
Hey Chef. You’ve got balls. 😂. Can’t wait to make this version. Thank you so much for all you do. &Jack as well ❤. Bestowing many blessings upon you and your family. 💕

I made half of my ground turkey using your recipe. I added lemon juice to the sauce. I added finely chopped preserved lemons and lots more sun dried tomatoes as well as finely chopped Trader Joe’s Grilled Chalkidiki Green olives to the meat mix. Lemon really kicks up the flavor! YUMMY!
Looks absolutely delicious. Watching Chef P is always amazing. I'm making this this weekend for sure. I might try this over mashed potatoes or something different, but I like this recipe TY for always sharing your knowledge.
Thank you again for taking the intimidation out of cooking. You are creative and give us all the freedom to be flexible. Looking forward to the Thai meatball recipe as well.
Chef please make the thai meatball video! And just more spicy food videos in general. I can't be the only person from a spice loving country watching these recipes 😂
😂, thank you Jack! Chef they look delicious, and even if they weren't, just looking at you enjoying it so much is well worth it! Blessings and hugs 🤗❤️🙏
Every time I watch your videos, I learn something new! I make meatballs but, never cooked the onion and garlic prior to adding it to the meat. That will bring the meatballs to a new level. Thanks!
