Better the owner than some child. People continue to say these dogs are lovable in spite of all evidence to the contrary. Evidence shown.
As a kid growing up in Ghana I had terrible experiences with dogs so I’m not very fond of them . At a Western beef supermarket on the Bruckner in the Bronx I was getting into my car when I saw an unleashed dog playing with its owner running towards me. I screamed angrily at the owner and told him to get a leash . He couldn’t argue back cause I’m literally built like the Hulk and he clearly didn’t want problems ,so he held his curses and asked me to chill. I told him I didn’t give a f just cause I didn’t wanna get bit. I don’t care how well your dog is trained dog lovers just get a leash . It was a pit bull too smh
Unbelievable. Some dog owners are so ill-equipped and reckless. People romanticize dog ownership and don’t realize all that it entails. Way too irresponsible.
Totally agree they will only understand when it’s too late
They brainwash us as kids that all dogs are friendly with these doggy cartoons and movies like “airbud” but in real life they attack and kill people more often than any gang banger.
A pitbull with sence never attack anyone else... What will it take for people to realised these dogs are a dangerous beast.

@@jenny2tone242 because i'm a dog owner of a rescue who was callously abandoned on the streets of nyc. be nice to poor animals who suffer at the hands of so many human lunatics. they're innocent creatures until we mess them up. XO please. they love their owners. what could have this little creature done to deserve abandonment of this kind?
@@user-gy5qp9kf1n Are you the owner of this particular dog? Nope. Did you know the owner? Nope. Therefore you have no idea what led to this dog snapping. Dogs can and do attack unprovoked, and when one of these types of dog attacks, it can prove fatal.
@@jenny2tone242 you're right. i do know that dogs love their owners but at some point the abuse is too much. why are we humans abusing animals until we bring them to this act?? animals like babies are innocent until we corrupt them. my poor rescue needed 1.5 years to feel safe and loved. don't be mad at the breed. dogs love until we make them not!
@@user-gy5qp9kf1n I'm not mad at any breed. I'm stating facts. Dogs can be raised in a loving environment, be trained and treated well and still one day, out of the blue, attack. It happens. You are responding in an emotional manner and I get that, you love dogs. I do too but I'm not so blinded by that love that I can't see the facts.

Unprovoked Pit bulls kill all the time always in the news in NY whether it’s their own owner or a innocent girl riding her bicycle down the sidewalk

I don't understand what kind of pitbulls these people be owning or how they are being raised! I owned and raised pits all my life and i never dealt with violent behavior from pits!
That’s dog was abused period. Any dog does not turn on its owner to maul than to death. Dogs are loyal to fault and no dog would do this unless there’s a valid reason and people like to use the breed as an excuse. Pits are one of the best dogs to have they are the original nanny dogs.
