Thank you for putting this one out there for us, I remember this, it's a fav! Super workout in 30 minutes. Loved the calf raises and the tricep/leg extension exercise (in crab position), what a butt burner!

Perfect labor day workout! Short enough to get done and still get to all the labor day activities, but with the compound moves, tough enough to get a TOTAL body workout!

Hi Chris!!! I miss you so darn much. I love love your workouts. I had to rest.. slightly,... been in a lot of pain. MRI says I have 3 disk bulges and now I can only do upper body, walk and swim. Trying to get injections so I can get back to some normalcy. Look forward to going live with you one day soon!!
