    Thank you for putting this one out there for us, I remember this, it's a fav! Super workout in 30 minutes. Loved the calf raises and the tricep/leg extension exercise (in crab position), what a butt burner!

    Perfect labor day workout! Short enough to get done and still get to all the labor day activities, but with the compound moves, tough enough to get a TOTAL body workout!

    ❤️ I wore a backless top to my dance class last night and so many people commented on how toned my back was … fave comment “you must work out for that” well yes I do ‘Dave’ and it’s all with @cdornerfitness in my living room 🤣🤣… honestly your strength training classes bring the results!! 🥰🥰… I’ll forever be loving the cardio still, but never without strength again!! Xxx

    Hi Chris!!! I miss you so darn much. I love love your workouts. I had to rest.. slightly,... been in a lot of pain. MRI says I have 3 disk bulges and now I can only do upper body, walk and swim. Trying to get injections so I can get back to some normalcy. Look forward to going live with you one day soon!!

    Wow that move with the bear hold/row/kickback was so hard! I went down in weights for the second round but stayed in the bear hold the whole time! :)

    Thanks For that short but efficient work out! After a weekend of entertaining my out of town kids with no time for workouts, this was a great start for my week. Even though my week started on Wednesday! Canceled flights meant another day with my kids :-)
