Chris moor has a pro and cons video between the Busa and zx 14. The Busa is easier to work on and you can leave the rotating assembly in and just change the cylinder head. Busa also handles nitrous better. Can be board to a lager displacement then the zx14. Zx 14 has more hp With air intake and exhaust. Is a great all motor bike.
You can be 5 seconds faster than the other lane and still lose. It is about who reaches the finish line first, not how fast it takes you to reach the finish line. Seems like the busa was faster from point A to B, but had a slower reaction time.
I owned Hayabusas my younger adult life. They needed modifications for taller folks like myself. I gave up riding in 2010. I’m now back into it with a ZX14. The 14 gearing is really low , the busa would run the gears and pull hard. The zx14 is more comfortable for me, but I can tell you the Busa will pass the 14 on a highway and keep pulling away. Busa is the king of speed with these 2.
The Ninja clearly crossed the finish line first hence the board being lit first on the right. I’ve seen these things run in the 8.9s stock. Brutally fast.

No launch control or anything by the sounds of it. I need a bike, just pure skill and throttle and clutch control. People might laugh but unless you’ve done that on a 200 hp bike, it is extremely difficult
it’s crazy how 6mph makes a millisecond difference to win
